You'd know about it if you did zap yourself. Sounds like a safety switch kicked in to spare you the full zap. Feels like your arm is snap-frozen and cramped up, and your finger burns, at the same time it feels like someone has kicked you hard in the heart/chest. Years ago I stupidly came out of the shower on a cold night and turned on the bar heater dripping wet. I ended up regaining my senses on the floor, stunned to shit house, fingers burnt, arm cramped up bad, and feeling like I just had a heart attack! I learnt my lesson quickly then. On another note, anybody ever pissed on an electric fence?

Everyone I know has imported the car they wanted for cheaper. So what do you drive? Andy, the Stag is a good buy no matter how you look at it. You've got members here trying to sell theirs with more kms on the clock and at least you got what you wanted and you're the only aussie owner. I got my Stag with 43,000kms on it and it is in excellent condition throughout, and I'm the only aussie owner too.

Spotted a black RS4 last night which looked very familiar. Then I realised it was my Stag being driven by my GF Traffic didn't allow me to catch up with her and wave from my silver RS4

Yeah, they appear to already have special exemptions/powers. Who's to say they won't start getting out of control. We can start nicknaming them "the ZTU" ... for anyone who's seen the movie Bad Eggs. I got pulled over by a cop last year whilst on my bike. Noticed the female cop driving was on her mobile yakking away. And given the body language, it appeared to be a personal call. They pulled me over for 'apparently' using the right turn lane to head in a straight direction across a set of lights in the city. I politely queried how she could have had such observant skills whilst driving and talking on a mobile phone, considering she wandered into my lane and forced me to be in the right turn lane! They pulled me over ultimately, because I gave her the finger for her dangerous driving ... obviously the horn didn't get her attention with the phone stuck to her ear! They let me go quick smart.

Quick Q: would a 910 be just as good as the 044?

If you're talking new tyres (8mm deep tread) front and worn tyres (1.5mm wear bar) rears then its: 8mm - 1.5mm = 6.5mm 6.5mm x 2 = 13mm Thats a 13mm change (not 15mm) in diameter Sorry couldn't help myself

As long as the front left, front right, rear left and rear right wheels (wheels = rim and tyre) equal the same diamater/circumference, then you're safe. For example, I'm running 235/40 tyres on 18" rims all round = no problems. Apparently the ATTESA system can't handle even the slightest differences in circumference ... something I'm reading about at the moment for myself.
