Didn't need to be done, but I'm doing it anyway: Suspension all 4 corners replaced with 34,000kms old units RB25 turbo replaced with rebuilt unit Split dump pipe fitted New iridium plugs New timing belt New water pump Fresh oil, filter and coolant 18" rims: ROH Drift R Update pic to come.

A car crash is an accident. dnbutts incident is a crime, therefore felony. There's a Dependant Witness and then there's an Independant Witness. In the case of an accident, you'll need an independant witness on your side. In the case of a felony resulting from road rage (its no longer an 'accident') police will take statements from Dependant and Independant Witnesses.

I can do the job in about 2-3 hours depending on hassles (GF being one LOL) and if it is a direct bolt on, as I'd rather not have your car in my neighbourhood too long. But I do have a clublock and lockup carport anyway. Might even see if Grim would like to help out (he has more tools and doesn't drink LOL) However, I'd like see the car and the turbo beforehand so I can eyeball the job and make sure it'll be straight forward-ish! LOL Oh, and there is the usual disclaimer I say to all my mates: I wouldn't drive/joyride your car, but it is still stored at your own risk ... blah blah, you know how it goes (but I will endeavour to take measures to protect your ride - such as the club lock and staffie) You going to Bunny's cruise/meet this Friday night? Where you located? I could prob use the warm up for my turbo install. When do you want to do it. Weekends work best for me. Preferrably Saturdays while the auto shops are open, there is always something unforeseen to buy. $300 is too much imo, I'd happily help for half that if it suits when I'm available. And yes, I've done many projects, so I know what I'm doing.

Ever notice when they stick a camera up at a set of lights, it always faces the direction with the increased change in speed limit? Never any of the other 3 directions. Take Sturt Rd/Marion Rd for instance. A majority of the vehicle crashes actually occur in the direction not captured by the camera (east-west). Another famous one is the one crossing on West Tce. Funny how they changed speed limit signs at that intersection to catch people out. 2002, revenue from speed cameras fell by $2M, so what did they do? They introduced the 50kph limit in "built up areas". Our streets were getting safer, its what they CLAIMED they wanted, but then they change the rules and make us all crims for driving at 60! And it made them look good on paper to the Govt to spend more money on trying to catch the law breakers that THEY created! EDIT: I rarely get caught for speeding .. maybe once every two years for 3-5kph over, so I'm not ranting because I'm sore about getting caught. I'm ranting because it is clearly revenue raising and they think we are stupid. If we ALL drove at 50 and their revenue went down, they'd just lower other limits all over SA, maybe even lower 50 to 40! Some day in the next 5 years, it might take us days to travel interstate with the speed limit being 80kph, or 70kph even.

On another note, I'm sick of hearing the Rann Govt "cracking down" on bikies. Couple of friends of mine are club members (I won't mention the club name) and they're fairly decent guys. Now the Rann Govt wants to close all bikies affiliated businesses (pubs, tattoo shops etc), so much for the bikies wanting to earn legal income from a legit business. Now the guys are forced to resort to "underground" activities even further. Use your brain Mr Mike "daddy never bought me a bike" Rann. Together with our State sticking speed cameras everywhere and lowering speed limits for no reason, its clear the Rann Govt wants to turn us all into criminals, and push the existing crims further into illegal activities, instead of giving them options to make a legal income! I f**king hate the Rann Govt. (end rant)
