  1. Not dangerous at all really, last time I was there it was a max of about either 5 or 8 cars for about 8 laps at a time, and they space you out. No overtaking on corners etc etc.. They are marshalled quite well, I think there where 3 or 4 lots around the track Everyone is there to have a bit of fun, the quicker guys get past quite easily so its not like you get stuck behind someone to often. If you act like a tool, you will be black flagged
  2. http://www.mallala.com/2005calendar.htm All those days that say 'practice - cars, cars/bikes are open to the public, just need a helmets and basic safety equipment, like at the drags
  3. I watched this last night, I must say when the media needs a scapegoat, they dont have to look far with shit like that happening! Bit like every organized car cruise (well the majority anyhow) there is always someone who does something. I feel sorry for the commonwhore boys and girls, Im sure there are a few decent people, just morons doing shit like that, getting on the front page of the paper, is going to make it harder for EVERYONE not just falcadore drivers
  4. Allot of the drift guys on ns.com are using some type of Penrite oil, I might give the Castrol a run How often do you guys change your mech. lsd oil?
  5. nah mate, only the base motor, no bolt on bits really. If you are desperate, my mate Grant runs a wrecker - www.importedparts.com.au, he should be able to help out
  6. Cant go past white race type wheels
  7. Just wondering what oil you guys are running in your mech. LSD's Time for a oil change in mine
  8. Not much intrest, so if anyone wants any of this stuff, make a offer, its gotta go!
  9. These are now sold! Thanks for the reply Steve, good to hear from you! Hope your cars still going great!
  10. That looks interesting, SK, so to get more load points out of the PFC, which values need to be changed?
  11. Good stuff mate, are you going to keep your turbo setup? Will be a shame to sell it after its all pretty again! A decent diff makes a world of differance, get a 1.5 or 2way in your EVOII
  12. Pipe down 3L boys, this is a RB20 thread lol!! j/k!! Good work Roy, you did a good job mate, nice way to advertise the ol' girl, download a video of it being driven hard! You still selling it?
  13. Good stuff mate! Sounds nice, looks a bit under-steery through some bits, but it does look pretty tight! I can see the battle damage as well!
  14. 60,000+kms at 200rwkw on mine, 159,000kms total, its still going good! run 1.3bar daily on mine, I get lazy and don't turn it down while driving to work, its too much fun! Keep good oil in them and a decent tune and they are great
  15. I looked into the Wolf3D stuff, you can run either impedence, just has to be configured on the ECU from what I understand. Injectors are a straight fit
  16. Martin would know about it for sure I reckon, as they have the FC-logit software and they use that quite a bit. Grepin's car was tuned via FC-logit at Tilbrooks
  17. Maybe even see if Simon/Martin (if he's still there) at Morpowa know. Shaun knows Martin quite well, maybe get him to give him a buzz and see what he thinks
  18. interesting... Mine gets up to load point 16/17, somtimes 18 I wired in the Z32 and selected the Z32 AFM option, otherwise it wouldn't run at all with normal AFM selected Could it be becasue the AP PFC uses a GTR PFC, and being configured for only the one AFM its using more of the map than it would with 2 AFM's? I remember in a old Zoom mag they where talking about the fc-logit software being able to extend the map in regards to RPM, but I dont remember it mentioning load Maybe SK could shed more light, as he runs FC-logit and the RB20 PFC on his R32 RB30 setup doesn't he?
  19. I reckon the knock read out is differant for every car, more of a guide than a measuring tool Mine is all over the shop sometimes, I think my sensor is stuffed, either that or my exhaust or something hits the bottom of the car now and then and it picks that up. I remember when I was getting it tuned for a street meet ages ago, we pulled almost 6 degrees timing becasue the knock light was flashing, dropped 50rwkw, and it would still register knock. Coming back up slowly on the timing, we found it could take another 4 degree's (10 degrees above the minus 6) before it did knock, and let out a bit of a puff of unburnt fuel out the back, and the knock value stayed the same. So I reckon its more of a guide than a measuring device, either that or mine is rooted! That said, it has been quite handy on occasions, can tell the differance in knock levels when its got shit fuel in it, but there are greater things at play I think with my car....... something is making noise and it aint detonation!
  20. NGK BCPR6ES, pretty much what everyone runs, they are cheap and good Make sure they are the 0.8mm gapped plugs, as I bought some once and found after I installed them it mis-fired, and found that the gaps where set at 1.1mm
  21. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...ead.php?t=75012
  22. Did any of you guys notice they seemed to be running differant lines around the corners? Lots of variables, but I reckon they are right, aircon chews up more fuel
  23. Pretty flexible on price, have to shift them, if anyone is keen let me know
  24. Yep, found it last night! I can cod it tomorrow if you want? PM me address, Chris
