Yea I have another bar here somewhere too. I used a dremmil with a cutting disc to cut all the inner vents out of the bar very effective i thought. Cooler is on a backwards angle looks cool, ...gives it a victoriana feel

I put mine in under the front bar. On an angle looks sweet as I had to cut into the front bar support to get air to it but looks stock as I'll try get pics of it when the bar is off too

I lost my pedal feel in my Cefiro last week and when I change the engine I found the Clutch pivot broken. Its a nut with a mushroom looking thing on the bottom of the nut I am after one of these if anyone has a blown gearbox laying around cheers andrew [email protected]

Hi I have a new engine here and I am sorting out stuff before it goes back in. T belt, cam seals, water pump those sorts of things. I own a nissan cefiro rb20det. I am having trouble changing the Timing belt I know you need to take the harmonic balancer off but can't seem to get it off and what else is needed to do like setting it up and that sort of thing If someone has a manual they could send/fax/buy this would be great. Ive put the VG 30 turbo BB on my rb20 Ceffy but had to replace the engine before i could dyno it. Has anyone done this turbo set up and what results did they get?? I'm also running GTR fuel pump, 3" exhaust all the way through, twin dump pipe and bleed valve set at 18psi, Blitz BOV and pod. Engine goes in next week and I will send her off to the dyno for figures, Which i'll post up

Cheers guys some of these things I didn't think of The engine will be getting "all prettied up"before it goes in as well as the engine bay, new Braided line have been organised for most of the car. engine getting stripped down to bear essentials and clean up as well. I have a mate who is a powder coater so I'll be sending him some stuff. I'm hoping the engine come with a A/C compressor as I think not all Frontcuts/ engine packages come with a/c compressor. I'll staying with the VG30 turbo I have on at the monment, as I don;t want my budget to strech that far. This will do me for driftin at the monment ( did alright in the last meet) cheers gus thanks for the input.

Hi all well it's engine replacment time. I was wondering what else could be done to the engine whilst's the engine is out. the normal stuff like: timing belt water pump clutch ( whilst the engine is out) will be done I think thats it. so anything else you think i should do.

yea I have a few mate's at Tuned Automotive that do the 2.4 kit as well. was one of my options, but still unsure

2.4 strocker kit would be nice but thinking practical at the monment I am after the ceffy front cut for the other items brake booster, steering rack, a/c compressor and a few other odds and ends. I suppose that this way i can get it all covered but I think if nothing just a RB20det engine might be the way to go!! CeffyNSW; is Ichiban a shop in SYD as this is a great price for a RB20det?? and might just go in thats direction for that price

Hi all just finish a Drift day here in Darwin but about a week ago I had a new knock in the engine as it starts up but then goes away. I have had a few people look at it and I am lead to believe that the big end is on it's way out or a gudgen pin on the piston is also on its way out. either way I feel it is going to be cheaper to get a front cut as I need a few other thing like A/C compressor, steering rack, brake booster.
