  1. Thanks mate. You don't have to PM me sorry - You can just leave a reply here with the photo id I'll be checking here often as well. For those that have PM'd me no worries as well, obviously I'll definitely read those
  2. Hey Guys These are a very small version of the original photos. These are completely untouched out of the camera. Have a look through these photos, remember the file names you would like me to touch up for you. I'll also be doing my favourite photos, but so your photo is not missed out, please be sure to message me (wilorichie) with the file name/number. Click the link to enlarge, then click "NEXT" on the right side of the photos once large. Sorry if I missed your car! URL to photos: http://mezmamedia.com/richie/photos/sau_scc_2011_small/ Once I have done up my favourite photos, I'll post them directly into this thread.
  3. Awesome day thanks guys! Great work and organisation by the entire SAU crew. On a side note, for those that love their photos! I posted the below in another thread. But if I have taken a photo of your car and you would like one, I wouldn't want you to miss out because you missed my original post!
  4. Hey Miso Meeting Dion and possible 1 other at maccas blunder road @ 7:30am for a quick breaky then head off. So if anyone else in the area wants to meet up... 7:30am maccas @ blunder road
  5. Actually, would it be okay to meet at oxley maccas (The one right next to bunnings on Blunder road)? Promised the misses we would get a maccas breakky... except I know I want it more than she does
  6. Good camera man
  7. Hey mate, would love to, but with the long list of things I have to do that day, the extra 45 minutes driving will really hurt my schedule Will have to take some new photos of your v35 man!
  8. Hey miso, If you keep to drive to aspley together give me a buzz. Otherwise will drive up with just Dion (Asked him, but he hasn't got back to me yet)... There only seems to be us 3 from the forest lake area
  9. Headed over to the spit on Friday night with a few mates if anyone is keen! Not much around there at the moment (Just the usual), but a good night out in the sea breeze is nothing to ever complain about
  10. It only needs a calibration... I was pretty upset at them last week (missed two shoots with it now) - So they promised me I'll have it this week. But then lots of promises have fell through Hoping for the best though. What about you?
  11. Ah, no doubt. My 70-200 has been in repairs with cr kennedy for quite some time. Been without for over 4 weeks. Currently sitting in the 5th week.
  12. Also voted man. Good luck!
  13. I got one done from the place right next to woolies @ sunnybank shopping centre. Charged me $6 and it took them about 10 minutes - fit perfectly
  14. l o l
  15. ah matt, that first photo is tops. Love the yellow warning paint that goes across the car in the first photo. Makes the shot look like its from a movie/game lol, too bad he didn't wash his car before hand though
  16. A japanese fishing trip at its best hey? Mud island has a small reef on one side of it - some decent fishing there. I think recently there has been a ban on fishing there though. Might be worth checking that up as that local reef can really pack a fish Man, you have to upload this one. Go to "Reply" and the page reloads. Once reloaded there as a big reply box and there should be a small section under this reply box which says "choose file" click that button and select your photo to upload then press "Attach this file". It will upload the photo to the reply, but then you will see a small icon of your photo and must click 'add to post'. So its a small process. You will see a small amount of code in your reply box - That's when you know the photo will appear.
  17. Yep, the salmon in there is not in short supply thats for sure. My wife is viet so I go fishing with her Dad and his mates quite a bit. I'll be the odd Aussie guy with a bunch of viet's lol. Man, they have some odd ways of doing things, but they know what they are doing. They tend to enjoy their eel... I don't touch the stuff lol - they always try to get me to eat it... They go to a lot of effort to eat it and even prefer it over fish say like whiting and pearch.
  18. Now now, how to dob on you! *also awaits results*
  19. Nice photos man. Love your first photo where it shows the moon at the top. Your bottom photo is also really nice - Just seen it plenty of times so I liked your first photo best.
  20. Agreed. Got both, but doesn't stop me worrying when parking at the coast or in the slightly more 'roughed' up areas.
  21. Anyone done some Brisbane river fishing? I know traditionally its not known as a fishing area... but wow... a few years back I randomly went fishing (Near breakky creek) because the misses family wanted to go there so I thought I'd bring a little rod - wow, there are some BIG fish around (ignoring sharks). Heaps of body sized Cod. 1-2m salmon. Tonnes of good sized bream for the young ones if you have them. Big flatty and even caught a little snapper there!! Not sure if you guys remember how much of a shark grounds the Brisbane river was back when the old fish markets used to throw all their scraps in. But my old man caught a 5m Mako shark on a hand line. Took him out to sea for 2 hours before he could finally bring it up to shoot it in the head. Shared it with his mates and we all ate it for weeks. I'm actually headed to the spit on the 18th with my Brothers. So if anyone feels like some fishing company on that day!
  22. Thought I'd try to get some practice in the 'spooky' photos range... So went out the backyard and found something not spooky at all and tried away...
  23. Ah I think I might join in this convo. I have a bit of an arsenal of fishing gear - I'm a loyal Raphala fan... A few recent piccies of some catch on the goldie. You never have a phone/camera for your good catches, but here are a few anyway 50cm breambo Good tailor - Can't remember size Couple of jewies Never seem to have a camera/phone when on the water
  24. Had to take the misses shopping for 3 hours /cries. Was hoping it was going to rain so I had a reason to wash the car
  25. The guys that installed it used screws on the sides into the car. I had to fill the screw holes with the screws in tact, thus had to leave them on. Painting the skirts then screwing them back in place = unpainted screw tops The back bumper as requested:
