maybe the exhaust is too long because its in a 4 door car ? try cut a bit out of the middle and shorten it up
also make sure you dont get a xtra xtra heavey duty clutch when you clutch kick it the whole motor will move forward and hit the radiator
s1 and s 2 and neo are all the same you wolly
have a pressure source coming from the ic hose to the t . one line from the t goes to the actuator . other line from t goes to solenoid . another line from solenoid back to suction hose . restrictor in either of the last 2 lines
fkn lol at the big subaru
finally changed my gearbox oil .
bought some 33gtr wheels for it ,sold the autech's to a mate
bought some gtt brakes for the front .
and bought a series 2 dayz front bar for $100
not a bad score i thought
rb20det + anythign = laggy
flat mate has a rb20det with a neo turbo on it(bigger rear housing ) that reaches full boost at 4100 on the dyno graphs .
do you have a boost gauge
http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Motors/Car-parts-accessories/Nissan/Gearboxes/auction-377193620.htm
you realise you will have to find a stupid high diff ratio . something close to 3.5 . as 5th is 1:1 not 4th like a normal box . giving you 4 under drive gears
same as when you put a 2jz and r161 box in a silvia 1st gear becomes useless unless you g
get a tremac t56 .
lol it should be at 12 psi with those mods . 10 is standard . -will get a 1-2 psi increase with exhaust and sill see 1-2 more psi at the intake manifold with a less restrictive intercooler ( your fmic) . you sure your boost gauge doesnt read in bar or kpa x 100 or kgfcm2 ? it would point at a number 8 to be about 12 psi
boost gauge os turbo is f**ked . do not buy a boost controller to fix this .
what was the custome tune ? put a rag in the intake ? lol
theres not gonna be a pressure drop . the pressure is the same from the back of your fuel pressure reg all the way to your fuel pump rotor . (near as makes no fkin difference )
isnt rb25det 76 degrees and neo is 82 on the thermostat ?
i figure if it deviates much from your thermostat temperature you have issues you need to adress
car will not run / be drivable with no tune and injectors fitted
car would run and be drivable with everything else fitted . do not get it on boost. eg driving to dyno place
you called it a link . where bouts in nz are you ?
a neo turbo will make 200kw easy / will reach 14 psi by 4000 rpm . cheap too . sounds like what id do for your situation . a r33 turbo should reach full boost a bit earlier
example of cheapness http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Motors/Car-parts-accessories/Nissan/Engines/auction-360675492.htm
