  1. Yeah macs are great if you dont need to actually use your ocmputer to do anything other than store music and go on facebook. Also the big halo about them not getting viruses is starting to crash and burn, as they become more popular so do viruses for them.
  2. So who wants to roll down to the drifts on the 22nd? My car wont be up to spec/wont have money for cams/wascc so figured I might organise a few boys to go down to have a looksee. Could meet City west or something? Let me know if theres like 5 people interested I'll hook it up. Cheers, Greg.
  3. yeah Im pretty sure they are the same, If not have some Cusco C spanners in my shed.
  4. Street and Race show? Being run by who? I have a carsales sticker you can have
  5. i loled
  6. Hmm it's up at the moment?
  7. WGMG Perth street scene, I wish that someone would punch that guy in the face.
  8. I believe you mean. Dont forget to bring a towel.
  9. Till you break something then you get angry, then you get over it, then you fix it, then you feel great. Rinse and repeat.
  10. I tread the line sometimes, Oh i tread the line. I swear this has been covered before though.
  11. Yeah, the fact is dude, not to rag on you or anything, but if you don't know how to do it yourself it's EXPENSIVE to get someone else to do it. Generally cos you always get these stupid little issues that slow things down, then you cant get a part, then your cars in their garage for a few weeks, *goes downhill*
  12. Cover the evidence, cover the evidence >.> Seriously though if anyones up for a cruise even as far as bunno or whatever, I'd be up for it in a few weeks
  13. As long as its not this sunday, I'm in. Like Flynn.
  14. These GTR wheels are for race applications only and have low load rate of 324kg due to the lightening of the wheel on average 2 kg lighter than the standard Superlite. Should you require wheels for street use suggest the standard bolt on Superlite ( load capacity average 825kg ). Please contact your local tyre retailer for pricing, deliver times approximately 3 weeks from order. Should you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact me directly. Exact quote from guy who I was emailing. Just seems odd they are suitable for track use and not street use, could it just be an adr thing? I swear I've seen a few 32's and that rolling on these, maybe its the standard superlites, but i cant seem to get an offset listing for those.
  15. so when do we meet up for the cruise down south ?
  16. So, I cant find a decent set of watanabes around As such I'm looking at running superlites. If you look at their website they have "GTR Superlites" Running sizes around 16x8+4/-4/+12 seeing however you like it.This seemed ideal so I sent them an email asking about prices etc. They've mentioned that the wheels are listed as track use only as they are only "rated" to 300kg each. Apparently they are in fact ACTUALLY super light. So my question to you is, what's the risk of running these on a 32 thats gonna be hitting the track ? I think the weight of my car is around the 1200kg marker but I'd hate for things to go south on track? Also if they are good enough for the track.... surely they can survive the trip to work and back? Legalities aside. Anyone running these? Know anything about them etc?
  17. GTR motor and the modified sump you need alone is gonna be sitting at 8-10k. Getting someone to install it your looking at another 10k, that includes wiring piping etc. 20g's isnt worth it imo.
  18. Save your money and get the GT-R. If your paying a workshop to do the whole lot, you'll be paying out the ass, It won't be the same as a GT-R and you'll have all the other issues with a modified car. Plus you wont get any of your money back when you eventually sell it. A stock 34 GT-R wont make all the strange noises, will be easier to sell when youve finished with it and will generally be nicer. My 2c.
  19. Yeah but you have to drive around in a poosar
  20. a week? Takes like 2 days for the whole rear end of my car to be covered in dust.
  21. I dont find my economy really changes much at all, always kind of sits around 11-12l per 100km. irrespective of how/where i drive.
  22. nah its not that far off normal dude.
