  1. I scoured perth for fuse taps when building my RWD switch. Couldnt get any so I ended up just getting some long male connectors that lock.
  2. Umm if you were getting a call from Telstra it would be a private number. Unless you used to live over east and its a store you went into or something. The best ones are where you win the zambian lottery. Makes me lawl
  3. 8.5 + 30 ? Spunkys on the money.
  4. Yeah i saw a matte black commo pulled over with the bonnet up. some cops will still fine you.
  5. Had my JJR coilpacks in for near on 6 months. No issues whatsoever. If anything goes wrong ill post back.
  6. I heard GTR pumps are a good upgrade and dont make as much noise. If your pushing huge power your probably used to loud noises anyway
  7. you know bosch doesnt rate their pumps by hp they rate them by flowrates, id assume walbro does the same, I wonder then who decides to start rating them by hp? I'd assume horses for courses, as long as you dont get a knock off pump thats floating around on ebay you should be fine surely.
  8. Brothers a cop, apparently its not so much a quota as they have to kind of logbook what they do for the day and shit. If theres no fines and they've been lasering people for 8 hours apparently it looks suspicious like they are being lazy..
  9. Lawl
  10. Coventries can sell you bosch pumps
  11. Oh really? I heard that Andrew only stepped into tuning when the ownership changed? My mistake.
  12. run them over the pits, I'd say the receptionists are right and the guys up at welshpool etc will give you permits. I was on track before but maybe I didnt make myself clear, if you pull the globe I doubt they will notice that it's missing. If they do plead ignorance. If your super worried about it, run a timed relay to the globe, I doubt they are gonna enjoy the warning globe being on 100% of the time. I've heard of a couple guys not passing because of a lock bar. Is yours black or "look at me blue/silver" ? Long story short, go welshpool etc, pull globe, if your lockbar is bright colour put dirt on it, or consider spraying it black.
  13. not a terrible price, should fit them yourself though be much cheaper, and then you learn stuff.
  14. kleicl is meeting at BP 815 now if anyone was planning on rocking up. To clarify its the BP just before Hepburn Ave when your heading south on Marmion Avenue.
  15. definitely gonna be heading down. Hey reaper wanna meet hepburn BP same as last time? If so chuck us a text 0407079990, anyone else north that wants to meet there I'll be fueling up at about 8:30pm if you want to meet.
  16. Theres a super mint 32 currently getting complied at downunder auto imports in Wangara, think they want 12. Thats the go.
  17. lights are supposed to ocme on but sometimes you dont have the option which causes the light to come on if you get me. I have a light that doesnt light up, but thats because its for something my car doesnt have.
  18. I think it was mainly just when the raaf base wasn't using the runway or something? Don't get me wrong I have all intention of getting my wascc membership and cams liscense in the next month or so. I'm just saying like in general thats the problem, people are all like "man hell wanna give my car a punt, whens the next day at barbs? a month away? ahh i can wait i guess"..month passes.."hey bro track day this week..ahh bills... no money for liscense and wascc.." *rips skid* Being on this side of the country makes it a little worse as well, having one track in the metro area and collie running very rare events unlike queensland for example with more places to go and events to partake in. Again don't get me wrong I don't condone street racing etc I'm just seeing it from different angles something the local government is seemingly unwilling to do.
  19. like I said, good and bad. I'm not gonna speculate over a public forum and I haven't personally had any tuning done by him so it's not my place to do so.
  20. Hyperdrive have a different tuner now Bubba, I've heard good and bad, *shrugs*
  21. It says he has support of local government etc. I was discussing this yesterday actually with a mate and we were saying exactly that, insurance is going to be the killer along with things like noise constraints etc. If local government is backing it you'd expect that noise issues would be fairly nulled (especially right next to the raaf base). If he charged everyone a flat fee to go on the pad, layed some cones out and that I know that I'd be up for it. The problem with track days AHG,Barbs etc, is you can't just go down there when you feel like it, theres predetermined dates. And with Barbs, it's expensive. Cams liscense+WASCC+fee each time. With a small amount of work on running this place I think it could be a great idea, and to those worried about cops hanging around and stickering people, they do it at barbs after drift days already so there's really not that much difference, and lets not forget that day at the drags where cops stickered a bunch of people. To be honest yellow stickers are one of those things that don't bother me hugely when they are deserved by the car, however it's when they sticker something that's legal due to their own ignorance that annoys me. I think everyone is being a bit quick to judge this kent guy, you can't believe that he actually said that shit without knowing the context it's in, I'd like to hear Kent's side of things before I jump on the hate wago. P.S. I used to wear pink trackies to bed, gf made me throw them out.
  22. double demerits? huge turnout? I might steer away actually. I'd not a big fan of yellow stickers, I'll see if i get around to lifting the ride height abit before saturday. Out of interest is it gonna be heading north or south? Just so I can break off if it's heading north and head home rather than go back to the city and that.
  23. Yes we are in the middle of a hoon media frenzy. I just ignore it mostly.
  24. Indeedio
  25. he actually mentions how he doesn't use drugs/get in fights. Is it actually him that had his car crushed? As far as I was aware it was just a random person who hadn't gotten caught. In fact it mentions he only had a couple speeding fines. Seems like typical media hype/editing. Take it with a grain of salt. But seriously that burnout pad in ellenbrook is gonna do more to help curb "hooning"in the community than anything the cops have done or the local government for that matter, people have always been saying it , give them somewhere to do it and they'll get off the streets. Thank god someones listening.
