you happen to know a place where I can get a set made up for the RB20? just jap has some made up for the 26 and 25 but not the 20. Might have to go ask around.

I was looking at replacing most of my hoses with silicon ones, you guys got an opinion on that? I was considering genuine as my other option. I think genuine is about 300 not including top and bottom hoses. Cant remember a price on the silicon ones, but I think its fairly similar.

depends on the car and tune. Mine used to be really good. but its starting running richer now, needs a retune.

I know the mechanic at down under autos, Lee's a mate of mine and will be my timing belt service etc. Great guy and good to deal with.

Are you sure? Cos I'm sitting right in the power band, I can hear the turbo spooling and when I take my foot off the accelerator I can hear the gasses being pushed back out the air filter. If it's not making boost it's definitely spooling.

Man when i go highway freeway driving my fuel consumption goes downhill. Stupid 4.3 ratio puts me on boost when im cruising.

depends what the issue is obviously. If they find the turbo was faulty from factory then they'd probably replace it, if its a problem with something you've done then I doubt it.

can get a timing belt kit for 99. Go into coventries.

my timing cover says it was done not so long ago as well, I'm not gonna trust it. If it snaps and you end uo with valves smashing your pistons you might regret it.

Im doing the pads mainly because I feel like it. -timing belt kit ~80 -water pump ~100? (cant remember) -oil - ~40 -oil filter ~10 -fuel filter ~15? -air filter ~20? -flush radiator and new coolant ~not alot -thermostat ~cant remember -brake pads ~150 or so -power steering belt =11 -aircon belt =11 -alternator belt =11 ~400 or so. So if you arent doing it, slap labour on top. I remember the belt prices exactly.
