Hm so far from people I know and I net hunting it appears .82 is the go. 3076 I would rather avoid since a gt makes 280kw on rb25, you'd assume the gtx would be near 300, meaning 320 kw for me since I'm on gas. the gt 3071 can't take more than 260 so assume the gtx version might push 280 which means 300 for my gas. so 3071 is the choice but housing is still the issue. .82 looks like the option that has the least hesitation and in reality it's a few nanoseconds of time I best not need to worry about. I think I've made my choice, 3071 with .82 thanks guys! love these forums! like consulting with one massive car nerd

Okay... I'm chasing around 300kw... no more since it's a standard rb25... a 3076 would EASILY get that but it would be capable of more and will have more lag than a 3071... so I'm going with the 3071. But I'm torn between housing types... .62 or .82... Also to add: I'm running vapor gas injection so I get around 20kw more than petrol. With .82 I'll have more power but more lag, however would that power be too much more for my engine to progressively handle? Would it exceed 300? With .62 can I expect 280-300kw? If that's the case then It would be fast spool and thus best choice for a standard rb25? Since it's going to be larger than the gt version, wouldn't a .62 mean more heat and thus mean less boost to avoid issues?

Okay... Now I'm confused... Got me a r34 gtt and don't really want to forge my engine so I want a 280-300kw 'safe tune', doesn't sound safe but surprisingly it does well amongst most... and obviously 350kw for the odd car which I cannot rape. Now would the gtx3076 be the go for that? A 3582 would give me a safe tune on 300 or less however I'd assume much more lag... but future aspirations of good old fashion power rape... Or do I go for a 3071 but what optimistic power figure would I get on a rb25? Only thing pushing me away is the less lag of the 3071 but the 3076 will have more power which my engine may die from and the 3582 can run safely with much lag and possible engine detonation when we get trigger happy on our little boost controllers :-( Lots Of Love, Purple skyline with a ridiculous white front-mount.

My engine is about 128k's from a R34 GT-V 2000, former courier car from japan so I'd assume, like our taxi's, it's been looked after engine-wise. I've also been running vapor injectors on it so that definitely makes the engine life much better and it wasn't the greatest in fuel economy. Maybe 340-360 max per tank so it was running very rich (get massive pops when driving ) So the engine is very healthy. Can see running only till after this weekend. In melbourne. Pickup: $400. Delivered in aus: $700 something.

Simple, anything they say your response should be... "are you asking or telling me?". If they say it's an order and later they charge you with said item, it will be void. That question always gets them, makes em play by the rules

Finally read through most of this thread, the inaccuracies are overwhelming! In relation to supplements... don't waste your money... if your diet is useless then protein shakes are the only way to go... unless your full time job revolves around bodybuilding then don't bother getting the fancy isolates, a concentrate will do just fine or a mix... apart from that nothing else is worth getting... unless you can get steroids and learn to use them effectively (most go overboard with addiction) Also there is no one method of achieving a desirable body. Everyone is different, different blood types, different thermogenetics. The point is to find out where your body stands. There are very few methods which work for EVERYONE. The simple 'burn more then you consume' method is simply but... doesn't always work. Don't waste your money on pills and time on people who think they know what they're doing. Every pro body builder/sprinter etc use different methods, there is no universal key. Trick is to try all types for about 3 weeks, test your outcome. Don't get caught up with the ideology that the bigger you are the stronger you are... very wrong, i mean look at power lifters... some are very small yet would outdo any bodybuilder. End of the day, we know very little about how the body really works, theories are theories. Some say isolate body parts... some say intense full body workouts... some say low-interest gravity cardio... some say walk,sprint,repeat. They work for some, and not for others... and diet is a whole other spectrum... but one thing I can say for sure is how little supplements aid all of this..
