Spotted nice black R32 GTR "NORTON" going down narajimba drive in Stirling this morning going to work around 9am. Driver flashed his inidcators and I gave a wave but don't know if the driver noticed.looked nice. anyone got photos of it? also a couple of skylines friday night in braddon, heard rumours that they were filming a igination DVD there.

i will have other parts available in about a week and a half, -standard r32gtst turbo in gc how much for the turbo, I might have a friend that's interested. cheers

Spotted Silver R32 V-spec II on hindmarsh drive last night around 10.15ish pm YEH-???, I was behind you and was going to pull along side but a very silent ninjary police car creeped up on my blind spot.

Yer, I had to take it over the pits at dickson. but they showed me this spread sheet that they were going off. if it was a post 1983 car, 6 cyl. maximum was 90db at 3200rpm. I think most 83 cars you can have it louder. So no one's got an exhuast I can borrow for a couple of days or so? might have to resort to welding a silencer on the the exhuast or going to the wreckers.

Cool, didn't notice any fto or skylines there last night. but pretty embarrassing as I was leaving the carpark, was tired from playing hard games and on the way out ran over a gutter. -Michael

Haha, damn, I must be the only other person that think they are alright. I particularly like the 125cc supercharged scooter. I use to ride a zzr-250 but can honestly say it's not that comfortable for long trips. having never ridden long distant on a scooter, but I presume the have to offer more comfort. Rememeber, you will say on parking aswell. and if any of them came with that hot japanese promo girl, I'd get one tomorrow.

Interested in whole Boot trimming. might be a good idea to post piccies of the engine bay and dash and exterior. might spot other things. remote oil filter or oil cooler? thanks Michael

Spotted yellow J Racing Wide bodied R32 GTR on the back of a trailer at midnight on the highway comming back to canberra, I'll presume from wakefield. looks pretty damn mean, but don't really know if the wide body would give it any performance value.

Just to let you know my side of the story. I've got NSW plates on my car, got defected for tyres. but since it was a modified vehicle it has to go over the dickon pits to check for any other defects. I passed with twin hks pod filters. they are pretty sturdy and the guy tried to moved them around. so looks like pods are ok in ACT as long as they are secure.

Hey can anyone confirm one of those licencers can get you past rta/dickson rego? I just got defected today, got 93.6db at 3,200 RPM and didn't think to ask. If not hope someone can lend me one of their stock R32 GTR exhaust for a week or so.

Wow, another FTO, skyline owner that plays badminton in Canberra. Must be bizzaro world. Spotted while driving to work today a silver gts-t with bn front bar and red p-plate on erindale drive turning off on ashly drive. driver looked quite short or leaning back alot.

Just to let you guys know my experience. I have a 89 R32 GTR aswell and was worried about the oil pressure needle on the dash that quite often goes to 0, but the light doesn't come on. after some research about bad senders, I got a T-joint thingo and attached an after market oil pressure gauge on the normal sender . the after market oil pressure reads at around 25psi all the time, while the dash gauge moves around. So if you have the same problem as me, it's most likely the factory sender.

Damn, I've only been back in Canberra a month and someone has already tried to break into my car. was parked in the griffin centre carpark near the contruction site between 7.30-9pm. Came back to the car and notice the alarm has gone off. Did a quick inspection of the car as usual and noticed slight scratches at the passenger door frame and window. looks like they tried prying my window open in 3 different spots but they were doing it in the wrong place anyway. the alarm must of went off when they used too much force. Is there any safe place to park in the city these days?

Yer, good to see there are others around, I think I got the first FTO in Canberra back in 1997 but it's been retired to just do Canberra-Sydney trips as the GTR takes too much petrol. Maybe someone should organise a Canberra Skyline Poker night. $10 each or something, winner takes all.

Hi guys, I recently moved from sydney back to canberra again and noticed the large amount of skylines around. Keen on comming along to the next gathering, but no spirited driving until I get some new tyres. Spotted WSB ??? grey R32 GTST with large front mount on the way to work, erindale drive also a YES ??? white R33 R33 GT25T on the parked on the same road aswell. and anyone owning a black 4 door auto GTS working for centrelink?, it's got pink fluffy playboy seat covers.

Hi, as with most people I am needing new tyres soon. after reading through the thread, I am most likley going to try to purchase a set of Hankook K104 as they seem cheap and good performance aswell. just curious after all these years has anyone got anything bad to say about them. if so, I might have to fork out more money for Toyo T1R's. Also while researching hankook k104's I noticed there was a new range Hankook Ventus R-s2 Z212, anyone got any information about these? thanks Michael
