  4. I've got dehydrated discs in my back, dead lifting and power cleans with correct technique has helped a lot. The trick is to start really light and just keep adding 2.5kg each week. Also try 1 arm dumbbell rows, well supported and you can lift heavy without fear of f**king your back
  5. Power Clean and Press is my personal favourite movement for strength.
  6. Air box , intercooler, dump, cat and mid pipe gone. Still got the Nameless muffler delete and stock mufflers. I cannot believe no one has jumped at the muffler delete. Buy it.

  9. Cheers, that was weird, cool but weird. I take its its based on a computer game. Thanks.
  10. Yeah your NSX was sweet. BTW, I really liked the look of the M3, anyone know the specs, I assume it had one of those valve thingie on the exhaust for a unmuffled/ unbaffled scream, nothing a resonators wouldn't fix.
  11. I ate some dead bovine and fishy, t'was good. P.S., LOL at packet disintegrating within 5 minutes, as usual................... P.P.S. E85 smells so good.
  12. AWD says bring it on. Sadly mods to the Rex will not commence till next Wednesday, I be rollin stocko. I will make up for it by eating lots of dead animals. Mmmmmmm, dead animals. BTW Andy, isn't the RS4 a lover of all things wet and slippery?
  13. This is another thread that I will need to revisit in 5 to 10 years.
  14. Buy nice R31 GTS R, apart from the R32 GTR that would be a nice Skyline to hold on to with the view of making a few bucks in the future, or at least not lose 50% of the cost price. Much safer bet if you ask me, there may be a demand now hence the inflated prices, what happens in 5 or 10 years, I wouldn't buy a 34 as a investment, yes its the most advanced Skyline GTR but being the most advanced or last model doesn't mean its a worth while investment, a car needs history. Ask any modern fan boys about their cars, Honda S200, Toyota GT4, Mazda RX7, Subaru 22B, Falcondoore VLXRSS8, every one says their cars will be collectable. Anyways, keep up the good work. Disclaimer: I could never keep a car nice enough to be classed as investment quality, some smart bugger once said something like, "Not driving your car is like not sleeping with your girl so she is more desirable to the next guy". LOL, cars as investments, good luck with that.
  15. I would keep the R32
  16. Ummmm, more pics and specs please
  17. I found my old dyno shot, the curves are basically the same just a lower HP and torque reading was used.
