Mine are 13, 14 and 15. You are going through the terrible two's I take it, that's like a f**king holiday, wait for them to get to teenagers, mine are breaking my balls. They are good kids mostly, the boy is easy to deal with, the girls, well they are another story altogether, teenage hormones going insane, boys and shit hanging around. This is my punishment for being a shit kid myself. This is also why I need to smash weights 5 days a week, keeps me keep calm at home.

LOL, young adults and their sexy time. Get some life time up. I remember living with new born babies, quite some years ago now, but back then we would rather sneak off and sleep, actually back then sleep was better that sex. Stupid babies, they are the devil incarnate. EDIT: Stupid kids, they are the devil incarnate.

I thought I was in the wrong section for a minute, did I hit some wasteland thread? On topic, I said I was going to post this ages ago but forgot, might get the topic back on growth chamber talk. > Copy_of_pyramid-weight-lifting-chart.xls

LOL, jaded much, the amount of guys doing curls/ext/kick backs as their main lifts, I do feel sorry for them as someone has obviously told them what to do. This kid asked me the other day for some tips on strength training, I pointed him towards Simply Strength and 531, sadly his work out still consists of curls and pec deck. Dude might have some peaky biceps and triceps but is as weak as piss and couldn't pull the skin off custard. Makes me a bit angry and sad at the same time.

Got 4kg of the BN protein matrix stuff to try, chocolate and vanilla taste good and mix easy. Swapped my main lifts up a bit as my lower back was playing up with squats. I've replaced Mondays Mil Press with clean and press, Tuesday is still deads, Wednesday is clean and press, Thursday is still bench and instead of squats on Friday its more clean and press. Accessory exercises are still the same old same old.

ZMA is the boss -
I dropped from about 6 Whole eggs a day to 1 whole and 5 whites and my bad cholesterol went down, but then I was 45 at the time and also a whitey with hereditary cholesterol issues. Not much else changed with my diet, I'm switching from WPC to WPI soon so I'm going to get tested pre and another post about a month in to see what changes if anything.

How's your colesterol going with 8 eggieweggies a day.

Got a Polar RS300X HRM, nothing special, all I needed was a HRM and a stop watch.

I got trailer lights from supercheap that fitted well, a few years ago now though.

They have stingers in their abdomens like wasps, I was once crawling around on the ground at night and ended up on a nest, I got bit and stung on the hands, neck and face pretty bad, no fun was had.

We have the inch ants here, they really don't bother you if you leave them alone, just another part of our ecosystem. If they are a issue some rid ant at the site should sort it out, better than ULP and a match because it doesn't contaminate your garden with petrochemicals. The kids are playing with them now, they run along a stick and you keep grabbing the opposite end, you have to keep the stick at arms length because after a while they get frustrated with you, and as Mick said, they then look at you and jump.

Put It this way, my old RWD boat on old drag radials and 380kw got a 11.008, I'm sure there's a 10.5 in yours. The box should be fine for the first couple of runs, it might sound a bit like industrial exhaust fan after that though. In all honesty if you take off easy and don't shift to hard the box should be fine, I believe its the drag radials and big launches on the sticky stip that eats the 1-3 gears. Ill give you 4.9 seconds then, with a 6 pack of Crownies on the line. EDIT: First gear?, with your torque the only time you will use first gear is in the lanes before the water box -

Yes Joey, drag slips, its the only way to be sure, I'll race you for beer (no more little bloody donuts, bastards). You will though need to spot me 5.5 seconds though. I'm guessing you might run a 10.5ish where I might run a 16ish Come on, my 5 has at most an astounding 80 to 90 killerwasps at the back wheels. -
Eating Before/after Exercise - Weight Loss And Recovery
The Bogan replied to MrStabby's topic in Health & Wellbeing
My initial statements have been more tuned to pre and post meals in setting up for a session and then recovering after. As for eating a bigger meal burning more calories, yes it might I don't know, what I do know is that your body doesn't need large amounts of food in a single meal, it will only use what it needs and the rest it will shit out or store, hence multiple small meals will keep your metabolism working but negate a lot of the wasted food that is shat out or stored. Yes there is 100 different ways to skin a cat, this is the way I do it and it works for me, maybe its my pH levels or some other magical thing. I suppose as long as you move your arse, don't constantly stick crap in your head or follow some hippies carrot dieting plan or a PT who has gained their quals on the internets you should be fine. Don't diet, roughly work out how much food you need per day split into protein carbs fats/oils and set up a healthy eating plan that you can achieve, it doesn't have to be exact, there is lots of programs you can use to work the initial quantities, then let your body tell you what needs to be fixed. I'm not a rocket scientist but I have no issues working out basic nutrition, you only live once so your fuel is the most important thing for your long term health. Would you put E10 or have crap AFR in your performance car? Why then do it to your body, pistons, rods and blocks can be replaced, not as easy with your body parts. Does all this waffle help me, I believe so, I'm a old guy, I lift 5 days a week now, light cardio at least 3 days a week now, I rarely feel off at the gym, I stopped taking pre work out which has not affected anything, I have quit taking creatine and it not affected anything, well my wallet has been affected as I have more cash in it for food beer. Is my plan right for you? Yes No Maybe Anyway, its time for my 6th meal of the day, rock and roll. -

Joey, after tune I ran the boat in at the drags, seemed to work well, LOL. From my understanding the motor is run in within the first 20 minutes of running hence why it is so important to get some power into it asap. Isn't it all just about getting the honing on the bore sorted to get the seal? -
Eating Before/after Exercise - Weight Loss And Recovery
The Bogan replied to MrStabby's topic in Health & Wellbeing
Yes she is/was (haven't seen her for about 4 years) a regular dietician at the hospital, I was sent to see her after a fat sloth doctor did a BMI on me and told me I was obese, she told me that the BMI test is useless as it doesn't take into account muscle mass or bone density, she then did a quick skin fold test to satisfy the powers that be, good sort to . I use to be able to eat lots of pizza and other crap food (fat and carbs) and it really didn't have a impact on my bf%, the reason why is I was younger, had a higher metabolism and also did a heap more cardio, that's what I was getting at. The older I get the more I need to work out what I need and when I need it. I am the classic case of "wow you look fit", but really if I try and run more than about 3 k my lungs try to come out my nose, I like to think that 4 x 80 mil press, 4 x 125 bench, 4 x 175 dead and a squat of 4 x 140 isn't to shabby for a 50 yr old bum. I will be trying to work on my running more this year though, I want to do 3 x 5k per week to get my lungs working. Whilst I'm not overly strong or fit I like to think I'm somewhat active and my diet plays a major role. -

Point 1: I would disagree, the girl worked for AIS, a professional nutritionist who has spent the time learning how the body works and how it uses its fuel is, in my opinion, a subject matter expert, what's the alternative? someone who has spent a few weeks to get a diploma or some one who has read some internets, buts that's me, each to their own. Point 2: Cardio is for my fitness not weight loss, weights don't make you fit, you may look fit but that is a façade. -
Mines Baffles, Catch Can Design, Accusumps
The Bogan replied to Sub Boy32's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
Sadly mine weren't, mine were meant to be drains but as we all know now that's not how it works. When we disconnected the fitting at the head and spun it up on the dyno it was like a hose vomiting oil. -

Mines Baffles, Catch Can Design, Accusumps
The Bogan replied to Sub Boy32's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
My vent on the sump was below the oil line and oil was forced up the breather line into the head to the catch can and then all over the engine/ground/track. A one way valve on the vent fixed the issue. Is your fitting on the sump below oil line?
