Ok, i d/loaded a new version of acrobat reader and it worked Now, for some help with the form if you dont mind please. At the start there is a decleration part, starts with : I ............ of address .............. postcode ........ being a financial member of the .....( what do i input in this part? im a financial member of what, my car? car club?). cams affiliated car club name? ( what to put here if im not a member?) sdma club membership no ( obviously i dont have one but will pay the $10 on the day, so what to put in here?) cams licence no ( again, no cams but will pay on the day, what to put here). Should i just leave them blank when emailing them the copy and will fill out on my printed original copy once i get there? cheers for the help.

OK, so i tried downloading it now onto my hard drive( the entry form from the home page of sdma), and still no good! Once i open it, i get a window as mentioned, file is damaged and cannot be repaired, so i dont know what to do next? I never had any issues with other files opening in the pdf software before... can someone try downloading the entry form again and see if it works for you, is there any other links besides the home page i can try downloading from? cheers.

I went to the homepage of sdma and clicked the link for entry forms, just about as it was to open up in pdf, i got a window saying file is corrupt and could not be repaired! can anyone help? p.s. just to confirm, i can pay the $10 sdma membership and the cams license $95 on the day(when i get there), BUT you must fill out the form and pay the $70 by thursday? Is this correct? or can i pay everything on the day even the $70 event charge wich means total $175. The soonest i'll be able to pay if i enter is on wednesday night(15th).

No one cares who's is better, you buy the one you like and can afford, both will be shit to some other people. I like both, the gtr's and supra's. Supra's may not be track weapons, but i doubt a gtr will outrun a supra (stock vs stock) that much that it matters anyway, and to have a gtr outrun a supra by 5 seconds on a wakefield? track!!! thats one hell of a GTR thats modded way beyond the supra, for sure...why even compare? For example, my car wasnt even made to be a track car, yet: First day out at eastern creek, with a very massive laggy turbo(gt42), street tyres, stock suspension/driveline(besides the clutch), stock 4/2 pot brakes = 1.58(my first time ever!) Wakefield: same as above in regards to stock everything besides different springs, and whiteline sway bars. = 1:13(first time ever and not many runs-alternator died). Now, imagine i had a decent turbo on there with no lag and some driveability suited for a track! and some practice time + slicks etc... Car has 160K on clock, same oll 15yo bushes etc... If you know about gt42's, you'll know its not meant for track work! Im looking to get a much smaller turbo soon, as ive been hooked by the track days bug

I just seen this thread... why was it cancelled, not enough interest? Is it possible to post a link on the supraforums when a event like this(or any other) is available? (in the cruise section). I dont come in here often enough, and just like today, i havent seen this thread until now, so it would of been late anyway... but otherwise i would of been keen.

whats the cost for such an event at bathurst? So if your not a member of a car club with cams, you cant enter just for the day/event?

they are most likely teh same bilsteins, but have had bilstein sleeves put in them(thats what the tube is), wich gives you a threaded body now for adjusting height! I am interested in these sleeves as i would like to try them.

Im not sure you will get even close to 20 supras for the track day, id be suprised you get 10, but i think its worth a try, if not then bring in a couple more car clubs to make up the numbers, maybe a all 6cylinder class? The trophy idea is awesome, one for the individual outright winner(best time), while the club trophy i dont agree on.. (who gets to keep it, the president? and what if teh president doesnt even get involved etc etc, too much trouble), keep it simple. Maybe trophy for best outright street tyres(no semi slicks) and another trophy for slicks/semi winner? to have it fair.
