make sure the thin black moulding is attached to the glass, as they are one unit and cant be added to the glass if ripped or cut

its normally a grommet, they get old and split or people push through more wires and cause them to leak, it could also be your drains around where it draws air from for your aircon / heater, just do a water test with a hose, spend 5 min with water running on one spot then move on start lower and move your way up so water doesnt run over any bits
