  1. My opinion would be wait til the easter break is over and the cops lay a little lower. I have heard the cops are doing a blitz this weekend and up til easter on common spots. I'm not sure if some of you guys have heard of Club Highrollers at all, but i'm a club member on there. We are based mainly from sunny coast to the gold coast, but have had a few members join as far as tassie. We are having a drag day out at Willowbank, plastic vs muscle battle. The spots have been filled unfortunatly, but could be a good day to come and watch. Use the link provided, clubhighrollers, join up and let the good times roll. We have new management now and have a few events and monthly cruises to attend. Be good to see some of you join.
  2. He's pic of mine just so you know what to look for lol. Also an engine bay pic.
  3. Not a worry dude. Let ya now when we open.
  4. Like it has been said. DO IT. Leave the GTR rear cradle in it as it has bigger drive shafts, so if you do more mods to increase hp, the larger drive shafts will come in handy. The positioning of the engine mounts are different I have heard. When putting a 26 in a GTST shell, the motor sits a bit further forward compared to the 20 and 25's. It may not be a problem, but it's something I have been told by a mate that put a 26 in his GTST. Not too sure whether you have a similar drama or not going the opposite way.
  5. Yeah mate. They are right next to me. His is the red building and mines the grey. I'll let everyone know when it's opening. I'm praying for May 2nd.
  6. It's on Dickson Road. About 100-200m up the road from the north entrance of the shopping centre, in the Pitstop complex. Peter (RPM) has given me the opportunity to run my own shop under the RPM banner. As for the meeting spot at the shop I think it's all getting fenced off, as we want as much protection as possible for both our sheds. Once everything is up and running we're looking at having a dyno day. If ya around the area when it's open pop in and say hello.
  7. Hey guys. Live in D'bay, the better side lol. I'm opening up an Auto elec shop in Morayfield next door to my tuner, so you'll probably see either of my cars floating around. Mine: White R32 4 door Plates: 116 HKS Has 317rwk Daily: White N13 Pulsar. Plates 811 IDV Wifes: Marine Blue R33 4 door Plates: 583 JJQ Standard with the usual mods.
  8. Love me 4 doors, both the missus and I have 1. I have a 93 32 and the wife has a 95 Deep Marine Blue 33, looks awesome in certain angles off light.. The 33's are a bit roomer, but i perfer the seats in the 32's. Perfect car for a small family like ours.
  9. Absolute animal mate. Congrades on a wicked build. Sounds off tap.
  10. ^^^^^ Check to make sure you haven't left your fog light switch on.
  11. I've used Jiff in my bay. Came up a treat. My engine bay is white so I didn't notice any scratching. I then polish it and just wipe it over everytime I wash the car.
  12. Nah, mate just remove the horn button from the steering wheel and undo the 19mm nut. Don't undo the nut all the way unless you have a proper steering wheel puller, or else you'll wear the steering wheel in the face.
  13. What gap are the plugs at? My beat is it's blowing spark out. Gap the plugs to .8 or buy XR6 Turbo plugs as they are already gapped to .8 and see how it runs.
  14. ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. I don't think those words could explain how sweet that looks. Good luck with the sale. I'm really hoping to find 1 in the condition this is in, when I sell my 32 next year.
  15. There's 1 on ebay from memory.
  16. Could be a seized calliper, not realising the pad from the rotor. Can't see any other problem. Does the car run ok and idle ok besides the fault you have.
  17. The timing belt wont squeal. The squealling noise is 1 of the other belts. As ol mate said, take the top timing cover off and inspect the belt. If you can feel a knock from their, it's got to be inside. If you are not capable of doing it, i'd get a mechanic to do it before something goes really bad.
  18. Were the tensioner and idler bearings replaced when the timing belt was? Your other squeal could be a strecthed belt, either alternator, a/c or power steering. If the were replaced at the same time as the timing belt they could have strecthed a couple of mm's.
  19. It's sounds like you have an AFM problem, or a vaccum leak.
  20. FARKIN' beautiful mate. Just love it. Are the rear guards viva garage 1's? More pic's pleazzzzzzzzz.
  21. Should be able to pop into ya local auto electric shop. They should have a bearing to suit.
  22. Some really fat rides. Here's a couple of mine.
  23. Hey mate. Got a stock computer if ya still keen. PM if interested.
