  2. This garage looks like something out of a dream, I would give anything to go here and see these beautiful cars in all their factory glory Volume 1 - R32 GTR Volume 2 - H/T 2000 GT-R
  3. I emailed the guys, they weren't to interested in a GB deal, I think they are looking for probably around >50 units before they even consider a GB...plus they weren't all that helpful at all I had to basically force a reply out of them
  4. This is just a photo I found from a car photographer in Hong Kong (I really hate this douche bag) he's like 23 or whatever and is probably the most well known photographer (for motor vehicles) in Hong Kong...I mean good for him and everything...but I'm still a jealous prick
  5. Do you have a Jack, a socket set, basic screw drivers, and a torque wrench? If so you can do it yourself quite easily do it yourself (not the alignment part obviously) but you should be able to change them if your good with your hands. If you don't have all these things you can easily buy them for less then what labor charges will be at any workshop
  6. Just thought I would share my experience with people who probably don't care what happens in my life but I thought it was interesting none the less, a few months ago 4 cars in my complex were broken into a brand new Alfa Romeo, a new Subaru sedan and a Accord none of which has security systems installed but these guys must have been pro's they managed to jimmy the lock for the alfa and accord although they did end up bending part of the frame of the door of the Alfa (unfortunately the owner started his contents insurance from Shannon's the day AFTER the incident (he asked them specifically to start it the day after)) but for some reason they couldn't get into the Subaru so they smashed the window, how they did all this in the silence of the night and no one waking up to hear them is beyond me. They raided for any small things of value (GPS's, Laptops, Phones, Wallets, ipods etc.) and the most ironic thing I found is that my car was the only one with a full fledged alarm system...except...I FORGOT TO ARM IT!! *DOH* ... luckily, the reason my car was unlocked was because I went down to get my wallet and forgot to rearm and relock it! This turned out to be one of the best things I could of done, because of that they went through my entire car and didn't take a thing! Leaving my baby unharmed! They left all my expensive Kincrome and other tools in the trunk (guess it wasn't worth it to them) and my very expensive leather jacket!!!....So moral of this story leave your car unlocked .....(the front gate was closed so they couldn't steal it even if they wanted too lol)

  8. Hey Charles, dude honestly that front bar is pretty much gone but if you really are hell bent on doing a el cheap o job then my suggestion is to find someone with a decent air compressor and a air sanding and paint kit and try doing it yourself, I had a friend who didn't know jack about paint and after a few tries his paint job looks pretty decent for a home garage job.
  9. Lol, I saw something like that once except it was pulling a horse float with a couple of police horses inside on the M1...I felt like I was the only driver staying the speed limit behind it, everyone else just sped past
  10. Yea bud that's fixable it shouldn't be to much but don't quote me, I had worse fairing damage to my motorbike, they welded it, sanded it, and painted it, good as new, since its on the inside they will probably only need to weld it back together as long as you dont mind it looking a little funny EDIT: Also try pretty much any motorcycle repair shop it's pretty much a required skill for them since when you crash your going to break plastics also they might be a little be more well equipped for a smaller job since its not like a crack in your front bar or whatnot

    Car Detailing

I have always heard a bad story about something or other about the "Pro in their field" whether its a tuner, panel beater, paint job, or pretty much anything if you've been around long enough you've always heard at least one bad experience....everything/everyone EXCEPT for Damien @ Final Inspection, I swear the amount to people praise him you'd think he's a god
  12. That was from their website, did you try calling the corporate office Jet?
  13. I originally saw this at Total Tools and its the guys there that recommended it to me and got me on to them but they were 100 bucks there so I found that when I was looking for the drain pan and the main reason for the pan is because I live in a uni I only have a car port not a garage having to wash up everytime I do an oil change is disgusting not to mention I have to wash my food in the same sink. I store my oil in 10L coles water jugs but I just want something that's sealable so I can leave it in my store room or even outside in my car port without having traces of oil in it and making everything disgusting. Thanks for the in advice though
  14. Screw it I'm buying it from Amazon a long as one of these let me know if you guys want one as well http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0031QPJZG/ref=ox_sc_sfl_title_1
  15. Police launch industrial action over pay dispute Updated Tue Jun 7, 2011 12:36pm AEST Officers are using their lights to warn motorists of speed cameras. Officers are flashing their lights to warn motorists of nearby speed cameras. (ABC TV) Victorian Police have launched industrial action, as part of an on-going pay dispute with the State Government. Officers have imposed administrative bans and flash police car headlights, warning motorists of nearby speed cameras. The Police Association is pushing for a 4.5 per cent pay rise. They have rejected the Government's 2.5 per cent offer. Association secretary, Greg Davies, says the action is sure to grab the government's attention. "Unless they come to the table, come to their senses, these actions will continue indefinitely," he said. "If they have to run until the next election they will, and by then, we'll be to a point where the lost revenue would have paid for several police enterprise bargaining agreements." Mr Davies says police officers never like to take industrial action. "The only reason for it is because Government have decided to make a pay offer to police that is one per cent below the inflation rate," he said. The acting Police Minister, Robert Clark, says negotiations on an enterprise bargaining agreement with the Police Association are continuing in good faith. He says the police industrial action will not affect public safety. "Clearly the Government would prefer that the Police Association not be taking this industrial action, nonetheless it is industrial action that they are committed to take under Commonwealth fair work legislation," he said. source
  16. How is this thing getting power? I don't see any sort of wiring from the ground to the box...Unless its on the otherside, even a car battery wont give it enough juice for more then a few hours to a day

    Hoon Laws

They keep squeezing and squeezing eventually something's gotta give and for some reason I highly doubt it will be the council. Something big is going to happen soon I know it, sooner or later were going to start following of footsteps of our UK brothers and of course it's only going to make them want to pull tighter on the reins not realizing they've already snapped....sigh in instances like this all I can think about is the movie V

  24. Just remember for Helmets you MUST buy Australian as if you don't have the Australian sticker they charge you the same for not wearing a Helmet (my mom found that out first hand) probably should have pointed that out to begin with
