Stoked with how it's turned out. It's not the original colour but it looks close, 4 coats base green, 3 coats green/gold colour flip pearl, 15 coats clear! going back on saturday for a cut and polish.(and wheel change) This little bits been polished

Well I painted a wheel at work today in "railway black" it's a kinda satin finish, tough as and free. I recon it looks alright too 1 down, 3 to go

Yeah, I'm not real keen on color coding them a mate suggested it (doesn't want my car to look better then his) Whats the go with clear over polished alloy? something special or just 2 pac? have heard it turns yellow after a 12 months or so. I've got heaps of black enamel but all the new cheap mags are black and chrome which looks shit. Leaning towards a light gunmetal, want to get it right first time because there gonna be a pain to mask up.

So I've got this set of wheels that I'm "borrowing" from a mate. They where painted silver but have since been stripped and had the faces polished, but I can't decide what to do with the rest of the wheel.....(centers and between spokes) Options: 1: Bead blast and leave raw alloy/silver color 2: Paint gloss black 3: Paint gun metal 4: Paint gold 5: color code to car 6: ??? I like low so thats good, but it still needs to be sort of legal. Been reading up on the r33 conversion but the dog leg bracket seems a bit ordneary to me, swaybar sounds good tho.

ok thanks guys, So S13 stuff seems to be the way to go for the rear suspension with r31 disc and calipers What would be the best option for what will be pretty much a daily with maybe a track day thrown in. I've got a set of the landcruiser/hilux calipers to go on the 240k struts with the vented verada rotors. or should I use the r33 brakes on the 240k struts. or get a set of s13 struts/coilovers for the front and use the r33 gear on those. I'm not chasing anything to serious just want to utilise the best of what I've got to work with. Would like to use the seats as making a set of rails should be fairly easy and free, I'm also thinking rack and pinion might be nice but also a major head f@#k but I'll look into that one. You guys are a wealth of knowledge, thanks for sharing cheers Dan

Ok, so theoretically speaking....... If you had a complete R33 gtst skyline at your disposal and a C210 coupe to play with what parts would you use off of the R33? and how hard (or expensive) said parts would be to fit. I have been scouring the net for info but most of it's a bit sketchy. Cheers Dan

Still waiting for a set of extractors so I can put the Holley/manifold on and plum it up properly, Have to move a ton of ballast from in front of the shed so I can give it a run but it seems to make a differance as is. (the rattle is from the supercharger)
