Mate both engines are tops! I would personally go for the 32 in terms of style, better interior, better brakes, better resale. I think that overall skylnes are better looked after compared to s13's. $12 500 sounds good - thats about what i paid for mine a year ago (was pretty much stock). -

Sounds like u have a pretty good setup ey. Did u do the surveying degree at USQ? Do you have much work down the coast at the moment ? Where I am at now alot of it is within Gold Coast/Tweed area. Still getting to know the consultants which we work with, as where I worked in town was mainly around Bris. I will keep an eye out for u... -

Has This Question Already Been Asked?
unwritten law replied to ARIAN's topic in Forced Induction Performance
1. panel filter with cold air induction ~$200 2. Custom m.s 3" turbo back exhaust ~$1100 fitted 3. Hybrid FMIC with piping ~$1200 fitted 4. Bosch 500hp Pump ~$400 5. Injectors ~$750 6. Electronic Boost Controller - AVCR ~$600 7. New ECU PowerFC with hand controller, Tuned ~$2000 8. New Turbo ~$2500 9. Suspension Mods - King Springs with Bilstein shocks - ~$1500 10. Brake Upgrade - DBA Slotted rotors with good pads ~$1200 That goes a bit over the $10 000 budget to around $11 500. Probably allow for about $12 000 to have an all round, reliable, quick street car. I think 220-230kw atw is achievable. Depends if you want to do some mods yourself too. Tuning will cost a abit depending on what order you do the mods in or if you do them all at once :headspin: -

What Skylines do you see on your way to & from work????
unwritten law replied to 32ANA's topic in Queensland
I usually see a young blonde driving a black 33 on the robina parkway in the mornings heading north towards the huge roundabout. Have given a couple of waves but was snobbed. There is a burgundy 33 gtst which has had some recent front end damage that is parked near my work near the burleigh heads medical centre with qld plates XXXFTT. I see a black 32 gtst getting around robina (near the ifs). -

Water in rear quarter panel
unwritten law replied to unwritten law's topic in Cosmetic, Styling & Respray
Do you have a 32? I think the tail light setup is different on a 33, thats all... I havent really had a good chance to have a look at it yet. I suppose this super long weekend is a good time to sus it out. -
I washed my car last thursday avo. The next night i went to my mates house and parked on a steep driveway. Half an hr later i went to get something out of the boot and noticed at puddle about 50cm near the back right corner of the car. I thought it might have been fuel but, noticed it was water. I then saw water dripping from the back bar. Opened the boot to have a look around. Felt down behind the quarter panel to notice about 2inches of water sitting in there. I had some rust cut out of the wheel arch about 6 months ago. They also but some rust preventative in the quarter panel too. I dont think that is the cause of it. Would it be ok if i drill a small hole in the bottom of the quarter panel at the wheel arch near the guard to let the water drain out? The seal is coming out a bit on the top corner of the back window. Would that be the cause of the water getting in there? It would have to travel down the back pillar thru the chassis to get there. I am not sure... Does anybody know of a good window/window seal person in gold coast/bris southside? The car is a 32 gtst. Cheers
