Plan is to get 500rwhp hopefully that should be enough HP hehehe!!!!!!! Also After researching last night i found a few Zed's running 10" wide front rims so today i got my Gram Lights 57F Pro's of my R33 GTR and they fit awesome even with the 275's up front they don't even rub. The photo's don't do it any justice but they do look awesome i might re-paint them a different colour to match the car better maybe black instead of gold. I ordered some new BC coilover's for it today (shouted my self a Xmas present) so i can slam it lower and adjust the camber's to make it look good. -
Looking good Cal not a bad colour choice i likey, i got a brand new set of Samco Radiator hoses and Samco Heater Hose kit in blue if your interested going cheap lol.

Hey to all the tville people, phil you's should organise to come down to palmyra sometime next year to watch our r32 the car should be ready soon. Next time we take it out it will be running proper drag setup aiming for a low 9's. Would be good to have more skyline fans to come out and watch.

Looking good Cal the bolts look awesome gonna have to get some purple ones for the R32 Just bought a Brand New HKS GT3037 Single Turbo Kit for the 350Z really hard to get now as they have been discontinued, won the auction on ebay. Since the GTR is getting sold i don't want Kingy's GTR and Richo Supra kicking my arse all the time so its time to crank this shit up. Its in Sydney so i should have it in a week, can't wait to start this project . The 3037 is rated to 450-480HP have done some research and i will be selling the 3037 and buying the biggest T25 flange turbo i can fit which will be a HKS GT3240 rated at 580HP. That will give the little Z plenty of poke with bugger all lag compared to a RB engine. Now i just have to save for the rest of the parts i need. The list I'm thinking about goes something like this, parts subject to change. Basic Parts list so far: -Cosworth Pistons and Rods 8.9 to 1 Compression. -Cosworth Camshafts. -Cosworth Intake Manifold. -Stillen Pulley Kit -Koyo Radiator -NPC Clutch -Vipec V88 ECU -ID 1000cc Injectors -Nismo intank pump -Nismo Thermostat -Greddy Oil Cooler Kit -Nismo 1.5way Diff -Cosworth Fuel Rail Kit -Maybe a 150HP Shot of Nitrous +Much More still researching. Didn't take me long to get bored with the 350Z N/A power hehehe!!!!!!! If anyone wants a HKS GT3037 turbo let me know.

Would not know i would have to ask Mark my guess is no.
-
Chrome cost big $$$ to get, our cam covers were already chrome when we bought it, yes chrome is easy to keep clean and polished is shit but either way still have to clean it all the time.
-
Yeah not to bad i guess lol puts the falcodores in their place
-
Crackle paint is the go e.g Z tune or R1 Engines, looks good and its not up all in your face like chrome. Chrome is for show ponies lol and very high maintenance, when i turbo my Z i want to paint the front timing cover and tapet cover in Crackle paint like the Mines VQ38 and probably just have the plenum polished... and yes before you ask i am putting a turbo on the Z not gonna reveal anything yet until i hear back from a guy may have it in a few weeks, all i can say is i'm going with my Favourite Brand HKS.....YEAH BABY!!!!!!!!
-
With the amount of blue in the engine bay, like a silicon lines, strut bar, etc. I would probably go blue and try match it in with the other blues, plus the mixture of chrome plenum, stainless turbo piping and every time else plain alloy alot of mixtures of silvers looks a bit yuck, sorry for my f**k up opinions Cal ignore me lol. Good looking engine bays have to stick to a basic colour scheme very few colour my favourite black and chrome. but blue and silver is good, my 33 got to the point where the was to many colours in the engine bay so i painted everything to match. With the Z i was gonna go black, yellow and silver, when i get to it all the black will be carbon, yellow silicon lines and the plenum will be polished should look good hopefully. Depends on how hardcore you go Cal, you can spend $$$ on making it look good but alot of maintenance to keep it that way My R33 had heaps of colours, looked ok but everything has to be shiny, strut bar made this pic: Where as the R32 has only a couple of colours:

The amount of boxes that arrives at our house every week, most people must think we do this shit for a living, lol just a weekend hobbie. Wish i had a month off again to, keep chipping away at it Cal, it will look like a million bucks soon enough, it's hard to make a RB25 look nice.
-
Seeing this is a Mackay Car i'll post it. My mate Richard has been saving his hard earned coin for the last few years to build the ultimate street Supra 1998 model VVT-i and has entrusted me to beef up the power for him hehehe.... hopefully be punching out a nice 650-700rwhp in a month or 2. Mostly HKS gear in it and it will be getting tuned on Sucrogen E85 same shit the R32 runs and tuned by none other than Mr Mark Jacobson at Godzilla MS. Once the supra rolls out of the shed Kingy's R34 GTR will be coming in for a new and improved fuel system and a re-tune on E85 big numbers coming out of that thing hopefully.... R35 killer it will be can't wait.. Pics: Before After Boxes of Goodies just about make ya firm in the pants lol!!!
-
Paint it what ever colour you want, i don't mind the blue and silver, i done it on my mates R34 once and i'm about to do it to my other mates supra. Cusco Metallic Blue with Metallic Silver doesn't have to heat paint just prep it correctly and she will be all sweet. Having blue silicon hoses is a pain because a bright red engine with blue hoses it not nice it you know what i mean but i think the metallic silver and carbon will look good. Here's a pic
-
I would paint them Cal, polishing sucks arse and it if you don't keep on top of it they go dull very quickly, unless you like polishing your engine every time it rains etc.
