yea you can get it off without doing what you have described i doubt you can even get to the filler from their. just need a ratchet (however you spell it) and i had 4 bottles of redline lightweight with is like 3.8L i think and i managed to put in 3.6 - 3.7 i reckon.

yea i would be interested to also note what people think about tuning in regards to a SAFC. Obviously you want to get the most power out of the car by leaning the mixture out but at the same time especially in canberra our temps change dramaticly. eg summer up to 38 + days winter nights that are anywhere from -6 or so. Would you generally want to get it tuned up once every 6 months say to get the mixtures right or do you generally just leave it a little rich to be on the safe side ???

the imported bluebirds arnt to bad well the U13's anyways sr20det with a front mount. do a bit of work to them and they are beasts

hey strutto appreciate the responce yea i wouldnt be tuning it on the standard 02 sensor it would be on a dyno with a proper tuner doing it i was more so just wondering if it is worth keeping it even if its just to keep an eye on the air/fuel levels. But if you are saying it will not be that accurate i guess their is probably no point having then. once again cheers for the reply.

Not sure which section this goes into but this looked closest. I am just wondering with the SAFC i know it allows you to alter the air/fuel mixtures to help counter the stock ECU's will to richen everything up when you mod your car. however does the SAFC or SAFC II actually tell you if it is leaning out or running rich eg provide some warning or does it just allow you to modify the mixtures. reason for this question is i have a autometer air/fuel gauge that will show me if it is running rich or not and am wondering if its even required if i get a SAFC or SAFC II i hope that makes sence if not let me know

yea if they have a lip take it to a brake place again not trying to promote them but i took mine to BBS in belconnen and they did a great job. Get them to measure the disc (they will probably do it anyways) they will then check the magic book and tell you if their is enough mm left. If its close personally i would just go buy some DBA 4000 slotted rotors like me and put your old ones up here in the for sale section. anyways gl shaun let us know what you decide to do. also my discs were about $25 each to get machined from memory (again note this was on the SSS pulsar so they were a little smaller).

why do you NEED to have the disks machine i generally get them done if the disc itself has a fair few decent indents/wear marks on them or if its glazed at all but generally it isnt required. Also gl finding them tomorrow i was ringing around for a set and couldnt find any though they can have them ordered in for next day delivery. Try maybe BBS they might have some
