  18. Cheers, I've done my cert 3 & 4 in fitness and currently half way through my sports coaching and exercise science degree combined with human nutrition. I love this stuff
  19. In response to what I said earlier yes I am female, 23, 173cm and usually 60kg but "comfy" at the moment at 70kg which is why I am currently strict with what I eat. All my clothes currently don't like me lol I blame my boyfriend for making me comfy and a back injury.

Muscular endurance is different to cardiovascular endurance 2. you can train for strength without getting bigger 3. you can train specifically for size (hypertrophy) doesn't mean you will be super strong Anything comes with food, you work out you need to replenish those energy sources in order to recover and improve performance as well as rest adequately. It's the types of food that matter.
