    Jokes!

A tough looking group of bikers were riding when they saw a girl about to jump off a bridge so they stop. The leader, a big burly man, gets off his bike and says, "What are you doing?" "I'm going to commit a suicide," she says. While he did not want to appear insensitive, he didn't want to miss an opportunity he asked "Well, before you jump, why don't you give me a Kiss?" So, she does and it was a long, deep lingering kiss. After she's finished, the biker says, "Wow! That was the best Kiss I have ever had. That's a real talent you are wasting. You could be famous Why are you committing suicide?" "My parents don't like me dressing up like a girl......"
  3. I will eventually be going down the RB25/RB26 stroke path later this year. This subject has been covered a little bit on the forums, please use the search function. You will also need to use RB26 Pistons along with the RB26 crank due to the extra stroke. Any particular reason you want to go straight to 40' pistons? I would suggest going for 20' so if you ever have to rebuild, there is still enough material to remove from the bores, and pistons are readily available.
  4. Not to mention pricey, last time I looked...about 6 months ago, they were around the $1k mark or higher.
  5. I suppose since all the "cool cats" are going along, I may too...just to be hip. Oh, Martin, can you bring that cable for your Video Camera along?, so I can get the Japan footage off, please.
  6. So...who is up for it tonight? *looks in Krishys direction*
  7. Which workshop made it? Do you have receipts? Any sort of warranty/guarantee?
  8. Chrome Mesh!?
  9. SURE!!! You pay for delivery...and I'll be there in 1.5 days later. Was considering going along to Vilis...saw my mate, couldn't stay long as he had to go to work, but I have decided to stay home and work on the Holiday photos and begin uploading to the SAUSA Website...and begin editing the Video Footage I have from Shane.
  10. Blackwood Tyrepower!? Also a club sponsor
  11. Yup, Plenty more...Was going to wear my Nismo Shirt there. If you can't be bothered tonight, then I won't go. Shall go next week...unless I end up working. EDIT: ...Count me out tonight, going to see if a mate is home, maybe catch up, and maybe sink a few brews.
  12. currently undecided, would like to go to grab the video camera cable off of you, but the other reason I was going to go for, isn't going to be there...so not too sure..but I have the urge to go and gloat about going to Japan Will see who else is going when my dad gets home, so I can use the car, and make a decision then.
  13. Said forum members interior is shown on that website. Price will depend on material used, and what is being done. Best to email/call to get a quote.
  14. I can see some certain people wearing a certain Red Jumper in this video at 1:30-1:50
  15. I might pop...oh wait, I am in Japan, I won't be there.
  16. All Type Crash for Spray painting, haven't used them myself, but hear and see good things. Interior wise, I suggest Signature Vehicle Interiors, have worked on a certain forum members cars, and the results are awesome.
  17. Don't look now then
  18. Get a permit for the "R" and I'll take it down there, and pay for entry

    Off To Japan!

I don't believe there is too much on during this time as it is Winter in Japan, If you went this month/week, you could have gone to Tokyo Autosalon - where I am going. Nothing stopping you from checking out the Workshops though (shall be doing this also), could go to Neo-Disneyland....ummmm, don't really know, can let you know while I am over there/get back.
  20. I'll try and come up and have a gander
  21. Look at getting an Asus Laptop, stay away from Sony Vaio. I wouldn't recommend "rent to buy" for a few reasons; 1. you pay more then the laptop is worth 2. getting repairs done under warranty are a pain in the ass 3. If you do go "rent to buy" write down the serial number and model number, as quite often if you take the laptop back for repairs it may get lost/swapped with another customer different laptop.
  22. It's "they're singing inside", and they seem to do that almost every week
  23. Go right ahead, I am not going to say what time I'll be there.
  24. I was going to go tonight, but after someone didn't go to their shift last night, they don't get their shift tonight...so I am working instead now, what fun
  25. Have everything machined, cleaned and balanced correctly. Have your block decked, bored, honed, also have the main tunnel machined, good bearings ACL (I am going 20 Thou RB25 ACL Bearings), acid dipped. Get the Crank grub-screwed, cleaned and balanced along with your conrods and pistons (as they all are apart of the rotating mass). Make sure the clearances for rings, piston to bore are within tolerances, bearing crush is within aswell. Crank, depending on how big the oil drive is, you may want to get a oil collar installed too. Also look into doing some oil control too. A engine build is never really "cheap", I have done a rough calculation for my build, parts alone are around the $10k mark, then machine shop cost on top.
