Silver R33 with awesome artwork all over it through Chermside Gympie Rd, got a wave. Much rumbles, very RB, many spools, forced shibeduction

I have 232700km on the clock and only just got water pump and timing done last year. The guys said it was never done before and was all original belt and pump. Also got gearbox serviced and it had never been done either. No major problems (touch wood), only things I have had to fix have been a split power steering hose, split brake hose and recently the coils which were also original otherwise the usual: spark plugs and battery.

Chermy, pulling your dash out sound like a lot of work, but I don't think you can mimic it, there seems to be speaker cable wiring everything to everything and I don't think it goes to the speakers, Chris Rogers said it looked real messy under there when he did my ignition barrel. I might take it to him if I can get time and he isn't busy. Should be a 10 min job for him as the wires are ready to go. He prob take 1 look and know what to join where. Might send him a PM.

Hey Guys, So finally after looking at my busted gauge too long I have decided to buy a new one. Boost/vacuum lines all hooked up went for a test drive all fine, now to hook up the electrical and not sure what to connect where. I already have the cable through and ready to connect to stuff. Old gauge had the orange not connected to anything, and then the other 2 hooked up to a red and a black wire under the dash. Now I'm not sure what one is what and if previous setup was even connected correctly as it was intermittent with the led working. I would just press the led change button and the light would come sometimes on, so it wasn't connected to the night lights I'm presuming. The new boost gauge has: White to 12v dash lighting Black to ground Orange to battery Where do i find these under my dash so I can connect it up. i don't have and electrical test equipment or wire cutting devices just pliers, scissors, knife, electrical tape and zip ties. Just putting the boost lines in made me feel like Macgyver. cheers I live northside and if someone wants to do it I could arrange KFC or some drinks of choice as I believe these are the going rates for SAU help.

dunno wat gap is but east coast customs said it wasnt the plugs and would more than likely be a coil. BTW p100 down the highway at 110kph, boost sits at -17/-18 psi cruising, usually its -15psi ..... should say vacuum not boost. if this ^^^ shouldnt be happening maybe my gauge is kaputz

P100 seems good my car isn't popping on boost At 4000rpm as much so I'm presuming its my coils causing that

still got 2/3 v-power Zeke, so just be a top up, but will def go a full tank just to see if there is any diff. I will try nearly anything once....except guys
