    I think price will definately come down, and suppliers go up by the time 2004 comes, and its still a safer option than getting something not eligable under SEVS

    Really interested to hear the outcome of this, is the vacuum line to your fuel pressure reg leaking? this could cause it not to give enough fuel at full boost

    I think you would end up with a fair bit of lag running GTR turbos on an RB20.

    They are cheap, but I have heard reports that the exhaust housing is too big for the compressor, ie, more lag than is necessary for the power they make

    I personally would not spend any less than 1million yen FOB at the auction, You dont IMO want an accident repaired car, and the extra 200k is only 2500AUD or so, which is a small price to pay for no scratches, lower kms etc

    If you want to be safe, buy a car like the R32 that is eligable under SEVS, so even if they do change the 15 year rule you can still bring it in, you will have to pay compliance but you wont lose all your dough

    I thinkk an R33 GTS-T pump will be ok as a lift or even your stocker, so long as you have a big swirl pot and a decent pressure pump like an 044 Bosch

    I have heard similar, that for track usage the thicker ones dont flow as much air through the fins, yet good for drag as they flow the air internally.
