  2. hahaha nice work Boz I did bench press this arvo for the first time since the beginning of March...my previous working set was 85kg for 5 reps at that time, and had a 1RM of 95kg. This arvo I only did 1 set (for a laugh to see if I could even do 1 rep) - 100kg, managed 5 reps. f**k yeah DB press lol

There was a Canberra based transport company I used to have my R33 brought down from Ipswitch, though I can't for the life of me remember their name since the seller organised everything it cost ~$500 or maybe a touch more, doorstep to doorstep delivery, and short of the car rocking up absolutely filthy (dust and rain can't be helped) I was quite impressed with the way they handled the car.

  9. I've had no issues with 90kg on my chest. Just lower it as best you can onto wherever you can, then roll it onto your belly. Once it's resting there you've got plenty of time to work out how to get out from under it
  10. I don't believe it's supposed to be allowed through, I think you're just lucky I just finished off my DMAA caps the other day. Can't say I really noticed much of a benefit I can specifically attribute to the DMAA, so yeah who knows. It's just supposed to help you focus (hence why Uni/college students hammer it for their studies), so I suppose if you aren't struggling mentally with something you won't really notice much of a difference. Towards the end of the bottle, I was taking 75mg (3 caps) - supps that used to contain it like 1MR etc only had 25mg/serving, so if there was a specific effect from the stuff I'd like to think I'd be noticing it at 3 times that dosage. I can absolutely 100% say for certain though that I got significantly more benefit from eating myself stupid the night before and up until 3+ hours prior to training (since I do poorly when I have anything in my stomach). As Birds etc always insist (and nobody disagrees) food and sleep are a much better solution than stims. Unfortunately gorging yourself on tasty shite isn't really much of an option during calorie deficit periods (as I'm on now for the next 4 weeks), so in these situations I definitely understand repeated use - even if only for appetite suppression haha

Back in 2009 when I had my first R33, the guys that stole it also stole a white S1 R33 from the CIT car park in Reid earlier the same day, which they were joyriding in at the time of stealing mine. Alas, mine was put up a gutter and abandoned - though thankfully the white one was recovered at a typical block of flats in Griffith.

  13. Then you're eating the wrong food for the occasion. I know exactly what you mean here - there's a lot of things I can eat that will make me want to do nothing but sit and vegetate haha. Just gotta eat the right foods at the right time so they don't interfere with your training. Unfortunately depending on your digestive system etc, this can be kinda difficult to do...

  15. I'd be very wary about training on a REAL stim like speed or cocaine. Could definitely push too far without realising it and end up passing out haha Example: while under the influence of coke (when in Rome....or Berlin as it were), I managed to beat the elevator in the hostel up 7 floors while I took the stairs. That kind of "energy" is dangerous haha
  16. Yeah, what Tolga said. What you're looking for should only be used on the odd occasion you're run down from lack of sleep or just a busy day. Long term energy problem are either going to be chronic fatigue/consistent sleep loss, or just a shitty diet. Any other possible causes will definitely not be fixed by an energy drink as they're either illness related or hormonal. Just eat more.

  18. Yeah this kind of morning session is a real struggle...on weekends though I'll generally have a more production session before lunch rather than afternoon.

Fell asleep way early last night (8:15pm or so, early as all hell by my standards) resulting in waking up at 4:30 this morning knowing I wouldn't be going back to sleep....today was the first time in many many months I've actually got up at such a stupid hour and stayed up, let alone done something productive with this time by going to the gym. Morning sessions THIS EARLY make for pretty some half arse lifts lol...though at least I'm up to 44kg working sets on DB press now
