The problem is, jangles, that I have heard first hand how badly agonizing this pain actually is for Leesh - it is not a simple impingement or tightness that one can work through just to aggravate it for the sake of a physio. She literally can't lie on her back and cannot continue the movement (or many other movements for that matter) after doing a deadlift, can't lift arm above shoulder, struggles to dress and shower...which is very worrying for me...both as her partner and trainer...so you can forgive me for telling her not to do the exercise and to rest up, so that any part of the injury that can heal with time, does, and then her physio can safely look at diagnosis. The problem may not even be muscular, which is where my greatest concern is. Rev is the first to say himself that, in the case of injuries, such as rotator impingement, cut out the *bro press* or exercise responsible for it, and start working on rehab and strengthening the supporting muscles while you rest. As for professionals, there are all kinds, and professionals disagree with each other. But if you want to assign the label to someone you haven't met, be my guest. I have seen some great physios; I've seen some terrible ones who know absolutely nothing about weight training and simply take advantage of time healing wounds in most cases. I think it quite dangerous to assign utmost credibility to someone's advice simply because they have a certificate and an ultrasound machine.

Classic bodybuilder cutting meal. Chicken breast = one of the leanest meats with one of the highest protein contents. Broccoli has a bit of protein in it, more than most vegetables (spinach is better), but it's more important as an all rounder vegetable; it's full of good stuff. It's not a diet I would stay on permanently, but definitely good for cutting what you can in the last few days leading up.Ditch the sweet potato between now and then; it's a bit too carby (though not the worst). I'm never anti carbs, and can't stand when people are anti carb - you can be lean and eat shitloads of carbs. But I can't deny that you will lose more bf quicker or be all round leaner on an all protein diet. Anyway, there's not a *great* deal that can be done between now and then, as it's only a few days...you will simply be fine tuning what you've got now. But no harm in trying for $400. You've won even if you don't win the money; you look shitloads better mate Hope you've been hitting the pull-ups, deadlifts, captains chair and wood chops

Seriously though, pretty good effort there. My advice: between now and your showing: eat only chicken breast and broccoli, three times a day. Continue your training, and train lots of volume (9-10 sets per exercise) with heavy weights. Literally bugger yourself so you're too tired to drive home. When you get home do some HIIT sprints. I don't think it's worth stopping water for, and sometimes abs look fuller when you are hydrated IMO. Oh and rememeber to stand under the light

Tony I can't believe you didn't consult me for this! Or at least committed to the ab coaster system...

Someone who would say there's no skill to COD other than point and shoot would perform very poorly in it! There's tons of things you don't realise about the game until you've been playing it for a long time. Many of these are specific to a COD game like Blops 2, others knowledges transfer from release to release. A mate and I were discussing this question at the gym last night. He is more BF and I am more COD. We came to the conclusion that COD is the game you play when you want quick start up, fast action, fast kills; an intense experience in a short amount of time. It's a modern day counter-strike with no respawn times. BF is more properly team oriented, with open maps, use of vehicles, a higher degree of dependency on your team - going for the realism factor. I draw the line at people saying BF is more strategic or tactical, because it's not, really. No game is, as the best players at any game will have devised and autonomous tactics for how they do what they do. I will say though, that the initial learning curve for a newbie to either is probably shorter for COD, simply cause you can get in there and point and shoot if you want, and feel like you are playing it properly straight up, unlike BF - but you will die and die as players who know maps better, who know how to use radar and exploit other functions of the game know exactly where you're going to go, will overcome you. There are psychologies and things you don't properly understand about it until you've been playing for a long time. It gets to a point where you can literally predict what people are going to do because like poker you become very familiar with tells. The two are often pitted against each other - undeservedly so, I feel. This is probably only done because they would both be the biggest selling and longest running titles in the FPS genre. So same genre, but very different games in their own right, which is why they should not be compared. I know many who own both and play them seperately because of the difference. Others swap back and forth as each new title gets released. And really, with both games fetching the sales that they do...no one in their right mind could say either is "crap" beyond their own subjective opinion. Both have plenty of market share, so it's a case of take your pick or get both. tl;dr: COD is better

B is in lots of foods, like eggs etc. If you have a well rounded diet, there really is no need to supplement it.
