  1. 400rwhp R32 Link to build thread of car: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/345095-another-r32-money-pit/
  2. That's your AACV....car ain't going to idle or run without it....it should be mounted properly and hoses clamped on tight....very hard to beleive it just fell out. Hopefully it was just another spare part laying around in the engine bay.... It mounts on your intake plenum around cylinders four and five, just below the throttle body.
  3. Need a part for your Cefiro/Laurel/Something else, and can't find it on the other sticky thread? Please ask HERE and not in the other thread, and your question shall be answered. Cred's to Dan_J for the idea ASK AWAY!!
  4. Problems I've had / having Slight leak with factory tailshaft and seal Noticeable worse leak with new driveshaft Oil leak led to lack of fluid, hard to change gears, reverse unselectable while car running. Overfilled oil (by mistake), hard to change gears (had to wait for syncro's to match, like first gear on decel, but in all gears) Fitted tigher gearbox seal (non-Nissan) (one piece tailshaft yoke is slightly thinner) Still leaking fluid??? Might be a cracked housing or leaking from a sensor or gear shifter housing...but it looks all sweet. As with all problems with this car - it's a head f**k The box runs bullshit hot if the fluid level is too low and/or too high - has to be just right, which like you said 2 litres or so? Apparently 2.2 but I wouldn't know, haha, just fill until it comes out teh filler plug.
  5. Back up on 4 axle stands again, still trying to rectify gearbox leak (might be cracked housing). Since I'm broke again it'll be that way for about 3 weeks....but rest assured, as soon as it's on the ground....pics to come of slammage.
  6. No harder than importing a Cefiro. 1988 model only, since didn't make it onto SEVS. They're just as common as Cefiro's in Japan....built something around 2.5million C33s.....they're not as popular over here, that's due to laziness Anyway, Eps, please stop trolling my thread Keith, please stop feeding the troll in my thread, and do you REALLY miss Antilag? You did say something along teh lines of "next time I go for a pissy drive I hope I hit and kill you" or something....I thought your booting from the community was somewhat mutual ??
  7. I'll keep it in mind for IF and WHEN I decide to sell it. To be honest....Toffy was right, after all the hard work, blood, sweat, tears, emo fits, financial problems, etc....at the end of the day, it was worth it. Anybody else would've given up long ago and it'd be scrap metal by now, but after all the bullshit it's finally, somehow, quiet a reliable car and the idea of keeping it for a while is staying on my mind. Even if I pack up in Perth and go join the army I'd consider taking this or both with me, either with me or after I'd settled in.
  8. Nobody knows because they've all been broken since the beginning of time, haha! Whatever you do, DO NOT tinker with it or try to take it out. DONT!!
  9. http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Fast-and-Furious-Car-Graphics-Set-Vinyl-Decal-1-/290505476210?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item43a379c872 There's your 400rwkw monster!
  10. I got like 3 enquiries even after I stated the car strictly wasn't for sale when it was for sale, how hard can it be to sell it?
  11. oh I forgot to post this OK so around 10k eh? with room to drop for offers. Cheers guys.
  12. Can this thread please be consolidated and cleaned? This is why I asked for a new admin for this section.
  13. oh please do Yahoo Japan also has roof spoilers for A31, same boat, massive CBF factor in play at the moment. Will find tonight.
  14. Kind of sought after. Most Ceffies have them or atleast a front pair, but if you have no floormats, it's difficult to find a complete set in good nick. Took me a good 6 months to find a set for one of mine. Autech motor is cool - shame about the price though. Highflow turbo and Autech tune are worth some dollars, but not that much :\
  15. They do fit but don't work properly. My late model C33 cluster did plug into the ceffy but some lights didnt work, fuel, temp gauge, some dash lights etc didnt work, caused problems with headlights n shit as well. With some rewiring it could work. Also, you cannot simply swap the gauges into an early model cluster. Speedo and Tacho DO fit, water temp and fuel dont fit (theyre slighly offset on angle and can't be screwed into the board).
  16. If you drive a performance car, you probably have heaps of friends

Passenger side air con vent surround http://www.importmonster.com.au/view?url=http://page16.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/u34054806&thumb=http://f3.auctions.c.yimg.jp/img315.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/users/0/0/9/4/banbansunny-thumb-1300076033994422.jpg&title=A31
  20. Wats up ladies. I breifly had my car for sale a while ago, ie 4 hours. I had a bunch of enquiries and some criticism on the price. After a rough idea on what the car is worth from you guys. I'm looking at you: Huddy Toffy Dan Other regulars on here with pro knowledge/ Here she is. 1989 Nissan (H)A31 Cefiro 80xxx km on chassis 130xxx km on motor Motor RB20DET K&N Pod RB25 Turbo (10PSI actuator, and a TurboTech Boost Controller making 13-14 PSI) Unknown brand oil catch can (Not yet fitted) 3" Cat back exhaust R32 / R33 GT-R Fuel Pump Driveline R33 RB20 Gearbox 1 Piece Driveshaft unknown ratio LSD (3x2 bolt) (100kmp/h in 5th @ 2300-2400 I.I.R.C.) Could slap them on and drive around, easy, but their color is slightly different to the car's factory paint (362 Arctic White) * Dent, driver's side rear door Replacement door in same color on the way from Japan, ETA 4 weeks from now * Multiple rust spots, structural and surface Could probably be fixed, but being my daily I won't bother, to be honest, it's probably not cureable, there's little spots in the engine bay and all over the car, production plate lists factory number four, or five, from memory. I'm convinced it saw some salty conditions in Japan and will never be completely rust free. Pics of car in various stages Engine bay has been tidied up ALOT since that pic ..... GT-R Seats
  21. LATEST MODIFICATIONS!!! Slammed on it's ass, for this: Hard mounted USB Extension cable into centre console. No more f**king around, trying to find cable, trying to find lead off back of head unit, etc. Ordered a replacement door, in same container as my seats, leaving on 15th, ETA 4-5 weeks from now. $10.70 + freight (got raped on Japan local freight, total cost $140 but still dirt f**king cheap) - WIN!! Upcoming: Paint and fit vented fibreglass guards Bigger Injectors Tune Skids
  22. Then buy a new glovebox and clip, and swap the lock over out of your old one.
  23. I've got a spare pair.....swaps for spoiler. And yes its a series 3 bumper
  24. Sorry to hear mate. Dunno of any wreckers in NSW but if you don't have any luck on the East Coast (which I'm sure you will) Try Japanese Import Spares and/or Sleeka Spares, both in SA, and got alot of Ceffy stuff....Sleeka Spares currently have 2 (or 3?) whole Cefiro's they'e parting, with windows. I can't imagine freight would be killer, just make sure it goes with a company that actually can read and understand what "FRAGILE" means. http://www.japaneseimportspares.com.au/home/ http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100001480159170 (Sleeka Spares) I've got a Series 3 front bumper, complete with indicators, cornering lights, and has the clips to join it to the guards, reo bar, etc. Paint (kind of like an olive green color) is scratched up pretty badly and would need a re-spray. $Make a offer and PM me for pics.
