  1. Where abouts are you ? and I get the feeling that your not really pushing that turbo combo thus far and the RX6 family are not small turbos so you probably just have a sizing issue.
  2. That would be to overcome the skin drag of a fluid of a an element, Skin drag accounts for a very large proportion of fluid resistance read (way higher then frontal area or CD).
  3. No, no ones asked you whether 19's will fit on an NA s13
  4. Does it chirp second though ?
  5. Yeah mate, still on my GT-R, They were on the car when I bought it, Don't know too much about them, not alot of info on the web that I've seen, They are pretty darn light I want to get the tyres off so i can weigh them properly, Do yours come with a little sticker on the inside of the wheel in jap ? On another note, People looking at these wheels the awesome offset they come with, they can naturally fill out a GT-R guard without requiring spacers !!!
  6. GT AUTO 5/150 Edmonstone St, Newmarket (07) 3356 9401
  7. Hey buddy, this is the only set of these I've seen other then my own, perhaps yours are different but the dimensions of mine as per the wheel info are: 17" x 9jj + 17 offset.
  8. Boss level destruction almost...
  9. Good for a nip now and then handbrake ?
  10. Probably controlled by the WBCU.
  11. the first is just a description of the latter.
  12. LOL yeah FC: "176km/h" Me: " LOLOLOLOL you wish buddy" And Also I've had no luck reliably confirming the top speed of a standard geared 32 GT-R, does anyone actually know ? I only have the 180km/h speedo in my car so I cant test it at QR or anything
  13. Haters gonna hate.
  14. + 1 I have seen a back to back comparison of MX5 race cars same 1.6L engine but one supercharged and one turbocharged ( with very similar flow capabilities) the turbocharged MX5 made more power in all but the lower extremities of the rev range and proceeded to make ~185 hp against the supercharged's ~150 yes, same dyno but different day.
  15. LOL really ?
  16. Yes.
  17. Because it's in the regulations I assume, if he could run lighter rotating components this would obviously have a beneficial outcome in the way the engine produces torque and power.
  18. IT HAS ELEVATION ?????????????????????? Just add camber and it might be a real race track.
  19. The castration of international race circuits has been going on for over a decade, it's a complete joke, FOM and the people with interests in the show are trying to make it more of an 'arena' type sport much much more commercial then it already is. Just look at what Nascar is and you may realise that it's a slippery slope. Tilke is almost single handedly responsible for the desecration of formerly amazing racing circuits, as is FOM for taking the sport away from it's primary market and homeland. obviously expansion is good for the sport, but not at the cost of it's fundamentals. As for Webber, been saying it for years the guy is top tier and only now is he getting the recognition he deserves, people don't realise what kind of disadvantage coming from australia puts you in when your starting a career in motorsport.
  20. Lmaonaise.
  21. Oh ok, see that wing in itself looks to be fairly high, glad to hear it's giving you a real tangible difference to feel and time too as you often see people wasting money and going backwards with aero, I thought i'de just clarify what I said as I wasn't having a dig what i was trying to say that if the wing is higher up in the airflow, you may be able to develop similar levels of downforce with a less aggressive angle of attack, of course I'm only talking theoretically often what we learn at uni means shit in RL .
  22. Get underneath bro, look for the transfer case and front diff, it's one thing that's rather hard to fake.
  23. They may spool earlier only because the EBC keeps the wastegate position shut until the desired boost level is met, so you actually build boost faster and a few of the other benefits are tuneability of the gain functions to control overshoot and settling time etc this is sort of what the "spiking" defari was talking about.
  24. very solid no nonsense build list, but will it hit his target of around 55 seconds ? 55 seconds is f**king moving. after i realised my own retardation, I've found that the OP is from WA, for some reason I thought we were talking QR sprint circuit LOL.
