On the contrary the HICAS makes the rear more planted right? Couple of other things: Only 34's have traction control right? 33's are a bit more roomy so good if you are like 6 foot plus.

Yeah I'll go down to supercheap and ask. I know the law says you need one, also in the event of being rear ended I would worry that the absence of one could be used against me. Just from a practical POV they are good also. If you go out on a cruise and end up behind a load of de-spoilered Skylines (w/ no 3rd brake lights) it is annoying not being able to see when the cars way ahead on the road are braking. You have to me more 'reactive' - only being able to see the car directly in front - and so you get more of a 'concertina' effect going on, so more risk of crashes.

I'm after a 3rd brake light for my 33 having dispensed with the standard spoiler. I'm having trouble sourcing something suitable. I mean you can pick up a Chinese 'special' LED arrangement on Ebay, but I believe the law says the 3rd brake light needs to be 'shrouded'? I can't low low mount 'cos of the wiper, so it needs to be high mount. I am probably gonna trawl some wreckers to see what I can find, I doubt it will be easy to find something suitable due to cars having different rear wind shield angles etc. Any suggestions?

Turn wheel. Flat on throttle until apex. Slowly give it some gas and floor it on exit. Rinse and repeat?

The driving of some 'tards. Dead busy traffic on Abernethy rd, crawling along waiting for the lights to go green, had about about 3/4" car length space in front of me. Some idiot in a pulser cuts the queue on the left and w/out indicating just barges into the space in front of me. He could only fit about the front right corner of his car but what can you do? No need for that sort of bad etiquette.

My 33 has one also. I think it is a photodiode, so could be potentially used to turn the lights on or off automatically at a given light threshold? That or it is a secret tracking device the CIA are keeping tabs on me with? I wish those blackhawk helicopters would stop following me and trying to beam thoughts into my head!

Ha ha I was doing it the other night in the dark and reckon it took me twice that long, but a) I don't know it, and b) it's a mega dangerous road being narrow, trees, blind corners, negative camber, Roos, plus ehem *cough* I was being mindful of the speed limit.
