  1. This one is probably a bad example. The only problem with the .au BNR32 is the yellow indicators ewwww Original Australian delivery by Nissan Australia one of 100 only excellent condition. Kenwood 10 stacker & 2 Kenwood Amps. 17" Speedline mags, Large intercooler, Stainless nismo exhaust, Quik trak, 4wd, 4ws, Climate control. Has late model engine (under 30,000klms) Original engine available (big horsepower) but needs bottom end rebuild $2,000 for engine. Wont separate unless car sold first without. No test pilots http://carpoint.ninemsn.com.au/DesktopDefa...5157&TabID=3328
  2. My mates just hired a Saxo diesel and did lots of laps of the Nürburgring. Of all things to break they broke the temperature gauge! I was hoping to do a similar thing in Japan, but looking less and less like happening for me
  3. Hooley dooley, Ancient Egypt had less artefacts Wakefield is a great little track...
  4. Heheh pwned by the meatball :headspin:
  5. http://autospeed.com/cms/A_0302/article.html He bought an absolutely immaculate (3,500km legit) Aussie Spec GT-R and payed what it was worth at the time (a lot). But the trickle that turned into a flood of import BNR32's took the sheen off his car's value (even though it would have been 100 times better than most imports) so come residual time he got bent over and stretched out.
  6. Mr Autospeed got burnt with leasing an aussie spec R32 GT-R and has become bitter and twisted. Also he likes WRX's and well, if you like that then a proper car wouldn't really be your thing. The only problem I see with the 350Z is that I would like the VQ35 to rev a bit harder. It seems a shame to have to crack open the engine straight away! Oh and the wanky diff thing. But then again, Porsche use it on all their 911's without "GT" in the name and they go alright.
  7. They need to get one of those HSV AWD coupés so the car isn't just a smoke machine.
  8. Hehehehe p.s. Either keep the Ceffy or sell it whole... Hmmm I should buy it, try out this drifting lark maybe

  10. I think it is actually Serious Seven maybe?
  11. Always difficult, all workshops have their groupies, especially rotor workshops. As with any relationship, communication is the key. Make sure to state exactly what you expect to be done. If they don't want to listen, then go to someone who will. Empty reassurances of "we know what we are doing we do eight second eleventy billion dollar cars" only serve to highlight the contempt with which they will view someone's $50k "shitter" Apart from a very short conversation with one of these workshops I have had no contact with them, so my comments are more general caveats
  12. 215km/h on the limiter in 5th (hill assisted)
  13. Option run the D1 series, part of your entry will be that you have to the sticker on the car. It is like the Konica stickers on the Konica V8 Supercar series cars. No matter who your sponsors are if you enter the series you have to have those stickers on it.
  14. Chief: You busted up that cruise pretty bad, Pettete. Did you really have to issue so many canaries? Pettete: You tell me, Chief. You had a pretty good view from behind your desk. Homer: Ah, Pettete: eases the pain. Chief: You're off the case, Pettete! Pettete: You're off *your* case, Chief! Chief: What does that mean exactly? Homer: [yelling] It means he gets results, you stupid chief!

  18. LOL lambada... the forbidden tune
  19. Well you could just make sure to always fill up before every session They say lots of things, as I got older I learned to stop listening
  20. Pffft... are you for real? Only a real estate agent could think that wasn't dodgy.
  21. Well I thought Rain Man was a wanker... I think Takumi's autism just gets to meI guess I was hoping he would get a personality that had more than simply angry or introverted with not much in between. Though to be fair I have only seen episodes 1 and 2
  22. Yes... also Takumi is now a wanker, they turn up with their vans and dataloggers to beat kids who drive up and down hills for fun. They have become worse than the Emporers. The homosexual overtones of that MX5 driver and his friend are quite disturbing.
  23. R32Big_boy: When I was going to the track I followed one rule and one rule only. Go faster than you went last time doesn't matter if you go 0.01s faster or 10s faster as long as you improve. It is the only comparison that is relevant. If you look through Motor magazine and see what times Cameron McConville gets out of stock cars (1'48" from stock Evo 6.5 (from memory)) you can see that there is so much speed left to get from the driver before wasting money on the car. Suspension and brakes are the best upgrade as I look at them both as reliability upgrades. Riding the bump stops around southern loop on the stock suspension is no good for anything.
