  1. is the from ashes DLC worth getting? the prothean guy seems cool, but does it actually add that much to the game?
  2. you've got your total military strength (TMS) from your war assets, you've got your galactic readiness as a percentage. Your total military strength is influenced by your galactic readiness percentage giving you your "Essential Military Strength" (EMS) So if your TMS is 4000 but your readiness is at the default 50%, your EMS will only be 2000, and it's that that gets delivered to the final mission
  3. i thought only decayed when you were playing single player to encourage you to play multiplayer and idnt decay if you were inactive. im probably wrong though. you dont need 100% anyway, you need 4000EMS to get the "best" ending if you make a specific choice at the end (5000 EMS, it doesn't matter what you choose at the end (not that is does anyway )) so for some people, 4000 EMS will be 80% or so. you dont need to get 100%. i think multiplayer still the best way to get your EMS up EDIT: NEWS-Y TYPE STUFF!!!! Bioware preppring "amazing" Mass Effect 3 Announcement for PAX
  4. was this in that "tokyo drift" contest? It's just an old image from when it was first built without the livery.
  5. you can buy some of the citadel fetch mission items at the spectre office under the spectre requisition terminal. You cant buy the artefacts where you need to go scan for them on planets but the "power schematics" etc you can buy for a few of them. i've been using the Mass Effect datapad app on the iPhone. you can sign in with your Origin account, and theres a galaxy map where you can send your crew on missions in the sectors to gain military readiness. Good if your at work or leave it over night, just check in every few hours to collect your readiness. You only gain 1 and a bit % per mission but atleast your gaining readiness while your doing other stuff. beat my second play through yesterday. mostly renegade adept, brought 4800 odd EMS to the table. The endings still a head-scratcher the second time round.
  6. check the build thread http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/306096-lost-birds-r33-gtr/page__st__380 plenty of pics
  7. also saw an iPhone game from Blizzard called "supply depot". Under features it said "multiple endings, each influenced and color coded for your convenience (further epic endings planned for post release as downloadable content" i lol'd at ME3 reference
  8. good to hear from you Collen. what's next for the car? will you be checking in with us more often now that the snow's starting to melt up there? Can't say enough about your car. I LOVE IT!

  11. you are terrible at embedding videos. just sayin'
  12. ^yeah saw that the other day. powered by the V8 from a Lexus IS-F. Them Japanese folk don't mess around
  13. is the bayside blue one on Work Meisters or SSR Proffesors? i cant tell the difference between those wheels
  14. Saw a grey Ferrari California in Church Street Brighton yesterday. was parked outside one of those ridiculously overpriced coffee shops, and was driven by quite an attractive blonde. also spotted an F430 on dendy street
  15. ^my thoughts exactly lol
  16. Agreed, the southland speed bumps in the car park always get me. Also the ramps up to the 2nd level on the MYER side seem unusually steep. i don't scrape, but i imagine im not far off either
  17. ^does the one on top even have tyres!? the supermade 15 is awesome though
  18. ^^lol i a tweet awhile ago from the writer of lost saying "no guys. i didn't co-write the ending of Mass Effect 3". and that conspiracy keanu meme saying "maybe it really was better with kinect (xbox joke)
  19. doubt it. he's only been to one track day with his old bmw at phillip island. Other than some drives in the hills, i dont think the car will see too much stress
  20. well said good sir
  21. the old man is simply trying to make up his mind between the 35 and an M3. Under that comparison, he's gotten onto the topic of service costs between the two cars. Having previously owned an older M3 when new, he is well aware (and prepared) for dealership premium prices. before buying car, especially when undecided between multiple cars, you do all the research you can. i don't see why running costs should be ignored completely
  22. cheers mate. He had an E46 M3 and now has a HSV so he's expecting a pretty heavy service fee (more so than the HSV). He's pretty set on, once the warranty runs out, going elsewhere for the services. Anyone know any shops in melbourne that can service the 35? Racepace?
