Went to the Melbourne Motorclassica today. It was sorta O.K. Lots of car clubs were gathered together outside (porsche, volvo, ford gt clubs etc etc) Here'a some photos from the day. It come with the car. (so I can't help you if your looking for one) My skyline is a series 2.(its got the red stiching on it)

The unit has already paid for itself. I got an air flow meter fault. (i have had trouble in the past) and there is the problem. Pulled my meters out & pods too.(totally filthy & lots of oil in the meters & pipes) I've cleaned out the meters , and currently waiting for my new pods to arrive before I put every back in.

My ecutalk arrived today (thanks Peter) Thanks Dazza for the input. I decided to put it on top of the ashtray (with some velcro) Now for the fun in using it....

But on the ecutalk you can now change fuel / ignition timings , doesn't that count towards changing car emissions.

I just ordered myself an ecutalk for my R33 GTR. Having just realised the size of the unit, question one where have others put their ecutalk. (Orginally I was going to put this in my ashtray / modify my ashtray etc) But I don't think it will fit. Question two are these things legal. ta Henry...

The Bad.Well first off , l was totally disappointed by the turnout (15 cars l think) And by the end off the day there was 5 cars going home in a convoy , and 3 stayed back for the motel. The good. It was a great day for driving , lots of sunshine (except later in got cloudy) Everybody behaved & no major trouble. We even managed to do the route that the 2nd day squad would have driven on Sunday. I come close to picking up a 300z. Of cause it would have been red , two seater , twin turbo etc etc. and then I came to my senses and brought a R33 instead.

No the Winfield R32 wasn't there on Tuesday. I guess they swap cars around at certain periods cause the Enzo wasn't there about a year ago , when I last visited , and the Winfield R32 (no. 2 car) was. And yes they are only opened on Tuesdays between 10am - 2pm But I think on school holidays they may be opened on other days too .

On Tuesday I sent some time down at the Fox car museum in Docklands. They sure have some great cars there on display.
