Ok, So I have 6 Vids. The others are uploading. This is the first outing of my Stupid 4Door warming up and testing the handling and brakes. The sound is crap but you get that. If someone can embed it that would be sparkles. http://www.youtube.c...eature=youtu.be Had few warm laps and it felt good for a stock suspension 16 yr old car. Also, if you wondering what that horendous grinding noise is that is the tyre againts the wheel flare... Yes that sucks and yes they are the wrong sized wheels but meh... you get that. (It's unedited so you will need to fast forward bits that aren't awesemo and stuff)

Yeah 6 Sessions is usually enough for me. Past that and I feel like I'm pushing my luck with not breaking anything.

I'm waiting on the Go Pro footage from Eric, and will post it as soon as it arrives. Unless Eric wants to post some up now .

Pfft dont worry too much im running a little more power and stock suspension and drivetrain and it handled wakefield on the weekend fine And was in the fastest group all day. Even gave ur tuner a good run! Besides not scraping on every speed hump is awesome. The stock suspension is pretty good in these things. Enjoy the new power.

I'm in. Can't wait. Haven't done that course it in years! Last time was in the then new GTi golf for the press review. Looking forward to it.

What a fantastic day. Thanks particulary to the boys who took the time to put this on for us!!! Also, great to meet some new peeps into cars and prepared to give it a go rather than being all talk. I had a great time, with the first outing of the cheap ass, rushed build of the dirty 4Door R33. 'Sonic' was great though, apart from the stockie suspension and the single pegger shagged LSD. Don't know what time he pulled but felt like a 1.12. Maybe a really high 1.11 if i'm being optimistic when I was trying to keep in front of that Jade GTR.... My fave of the day BTW. Somebody may be able to tell me what time I ran who was had a timer and video??? I had one epic off after getting a tank slapper off turn 1- 2. looked up to see a tyre wall coming and went o - fuuu k. Ended up being fine though. I got 6 Sessions (Plus a sound lap) and about 40+ litres of fuel (Had to go into town to refuel at lunch) in before having to get home for my daughters Christening on sunday and entertain the family... Looking forward to seeing the footage from the GO PRO from Eric. Here are a couple of pics.. Nothing special just sonic the home made 4 Door. I also want to say that there were guys there that had talent, had a butt load of power but really needed better tyres. Boys, I have learnt the hard way with past cars... You need an extra 100KWs to equal some decent semi slicks. Street tyres are just crap for the circuit. Don't make the mistake I made in the past and just keep adding power trying to get a better result. Can't wait for Texi.. Beers in my shed after, its about 5 mins away!!!

I have these: Blue one is a screw valve and not as good: $15 Silver one is the high boost model (from memory up to 60 odd psi) and hass a ball valve which according to the sales pitch brings on boost earlier. The dump pipe can be a pain but apart from that its only a few bolts. With a hoist should take under an hour. Why not give it a crack yourself. What can possibly go wrong?

OHHH I didn't see that. I did see my stupid 4Door go past a tuned VE L98 6.0 SS at the lights though. Mmmm like it as I used to own a cammed one....
