I agree that it wasn't a bad outcome for Sliding Performance's already stellar reputation. The point remains that an issue was raised, it was dealt with and the process to resolve the problem established. I closed the thread to stop conjecture on the subject and would suggest that either party involved start a new thread to discuss the outcome of the situation. Until then, speculation and finger pointing helps no-one and is the reason i closed the thread.
