  1. Ok Chris - In Order: In short, no. I think "Team Trackday's resident Septigenerian" is going to find it harder than he expects on Saturday. Enough Nitrous? Actually, my bottle is mostly empty - off to Robbie's house tonite I guess. Enough clutch? I reckon she'll be apples I hear that the auto's in now and I can't wait to see the times fall! Unfortunately, no. Buh-five-tah can do whatever he wants as long as it's Flintstones POWAH! hehehe.... Adrian

  4. ME three
  5. elk, boost guage should be reading vaccuum at idle - i.e. negative not "0". Go to another tuner and ask them to fix it the following morning. i.e. leave it with them over night and get them to check what sounds like cold-start fuelling compensation problems. Adrian
  6. Jim Berry has been building clutches and clutches only for more than 26 years. He builds the control clutch for the V8Brute Series in Australia (i.e. the clutch that goes into every single competitors car). He has built clutches for V8 Supercar teams, Full on drag cars and many many many competitive and championship winning circuit cars/teams. He is able to re-build and/or modify just about anything you can show him including multi-plate clutches. I have total faith in his products, expertise and advice. Until someone with MORE experience in this field comes to me and suggests that they know better than Jim (this person doesn't exist), I will continue to buy my clutches from him and recommend others do so too. In short, I have a vastly superior clutch to what I had in there before and it didn't really cost *that* much more. Adrian
  7. N.B. I'm not neccessarily saying that the clutch I got is the one for you. More that you should call this guy and get his take on it. I swear he's the man!!! Adrian
  8. Check it out: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...ead.php?t=54054 That is all. Adrian
  9. There are currently about 4 Drag RACING publications that I'm aware of - 3 in Australia and LOADS of US imported material. Adrian
  10. Then turn back to page 82 and see the M Coupe in all it's glory! Nice work Kenny Adrian
  11. Don't Mitsubishi turbo's get used all the time on RB's? i.e. some of the bigger Trust (MHI) compressors??? Adrian
  12. Do you mean if that was the prize for running quicker than 13.9???? you're sick! Adrian
  13. Yes, surely you could use a Nissan Stagea auto box behind the RB26 in the GTR. Try the Stagea Discussion section on this forum and ask some questions there as well. Oh and welcome to SAU. Adrian
  14. Yes you are a cheesy poof! You told me the clutches were the shit but I was convinced I should get one from a lot of advice and experience that Paul and Stace have had with theirs. Oh..... SO NUURRRR!!!!! As for how much I paid for it - including the Smurf Blood and fitting, it was just under $1400.00 Adrian
  15. Oh, and I'd like to thank the academy and Issacc Newton but definitely not Buster Adrian
  16. Nothing for you bitch! Paul convinced me to get one....as well as 3 hours on the phone to Jim....DAMN QLD'ers can talk!!! Adrian
  17. Holy crap! Just got my car back fromt he mechanic and I have to say this new single plate is the best decision I've made for this car in a LONG while. Drives like a stocker with only slightly heavier pedal feel, almost 3400lb clamp and a carbonite clutch plate surface that seems to work great. It wasn't insanely expensive either. I'm also now totally sold on Redline Lightweight. All in all, a very happy day. Roll on the 30th!!! Adrian
  18. You couldn't drive your thumb up your bum! Adrian
  19. I'm sticking with mid 14's if you can drive
  20. The HKS Supra is running into the 6's now I believe. Adrian
  21. Stick the stockies back on, deflate them toabout 18psi and off ya go. You'll also accelerate quicker with the smaller rolling diameter. Let us know how ya go... Adrian
  22. BFGoodrich Comp T/A's are radial tyres - specially constructed and in this case, large creasable sidewall.... AWESOME tyres..... IMHO, they shit on Nittos. Adrian
  23. Thanks guys. I have heard 3.7 and 3.8 litres from enough people now to use that as a guide. So the answer is "Most of a large bottle of Smurf blood". Thanks again guys. Adrian
  24. Awesome effort mate! Did you run at Kwinana? It's an ANDRA track and I would've thought they'd stop you running immediately when you went that fast with radials on the front?!?!?! AWESOME time though mate.... Get the chrome-moly ready Adrian
  25. ROFL! Are you suggesting my candle burns twice as bright? Adrian
