  1. What stud pattern doesn't have any relevance to what tyre u can run on a wheel. Use this calculator. It will tell you the range of widths a particular profile tyre can go on. http://www.1010tires.com/TireSizeCalculator.asp
  2. go check at a tyre shop, I'm pretty sure 225s are the max u can run on a 7" wide rim. 7.5" wide and u can run 235s legally. I had this problem when i bought some 2nd hand 235s for my 17x7 and tyre shop said max I could go was 225.
  3. more detailed pics of the pie to n15m0 @ optusnet.com.au Good work!
  4. PM Afro, he's got a set of S2 34GTT wheels in the dark color...if the price is right he may let them go and get new wheels
  5. If all else fails, I would be hitting ur mates up for a retrim
  6. mines underneath the drivers seat and is a 4 channel pretty big one too...fits nicely, has been there for more than a yr no dramas..nicely hidden away too...
  7. yellows are a nice color for 34s...don't be put off by the fact they MAY fade easier than other colors..all boils down to whether the car is always garaged...washed and polished regularly...etc...any color would fade and turn to crap if left out all day and night and only washed once a mth ...
  8. find a bar that does not protrude out much more than the stock bar and you should be fine...stay away from URAS front bars...they stick so far out its not funny, u'd scrape without even lowering it going up driveways.
  9. Whoever the panel beater is should be able to match it up to your existing paint I reckon. There are quite a number of different silvers in the Nissan range...depending on the area ur touching up...you might not be able to tell the difference but then again might stick out like dogs balls.
  10. The one with the indicator in the center of the brake lights is from the coupes...the sedans have the other type with the reverse lights and indicators down the bottom. They are not interchangeable...
  11. 350z 18" track rims will definately fit a stag with no drmas and look good too...seen one in the flesh..18x8 +30
  12. firstly, What are ur stock tyre profiles? What tyres will you be running on the fronts if you chose 285/35? Going from 265/35 to 285/35 will increase your overall diameter (14mm approx) If GSTSs came stock with 17s or 16s, would possibly throw ur speedo a fair way out. Also whether they will foul ur guards will depend on what wheel offset u have on the rears...+38 to +35 you "should be fine". I would stick to 265s personally
  13. Here is mine! More here My Webpage :sorcerer:
  14. Need to clear these...make an offer!
  15. 350z 18" track wheels are also a good n cheap option...18x8 +30 fill the guards nicely
  16. No, they are for controlling the tiptronic auto via the steering wheel. Came in S1 and S2.
  17. Stan, Try getting some quotes for the new Falken FK452s. I got my set a few weeks ago from Bob Jane here in QLD 235/40/18; 265/35/18 and they are awesome. They are a cross between the old FK451 and St115. Good value for $$ and look good too www.fk452.com
  18. just get them to replace it with lower spring rates if thats an option at all. At those spring rates u have currently, ur car won't last long U'll start to get rattles in the cabin, bodykits start cracking, even the filament in the headlight globes will start to shatter...
  19. Here's my share of dabbling Went nuts with my camera on the weekend.
  20. are u refering to hub rings? If you are then yeah, they are necessarry if the wheel you have does not have the same hub diameter. Prevents vibrations at high speeds...
  21. 255s generally go on a 9" wide rim. They aren't that wide...not sure about a Stagea, but on my 34 I'm running 265s on the rear and they are fine as long as you have the correct offsets for your car.
  22. When that orange line moves left towards the dotted line and goes past it...that is when you get -ve offset...and mega dish
  23. bacause japan has better roads And generally coilovers are meant for track use, ie better road conditions as well. I've got Tein Superstreets and they are 5K fronts and 4K rears...which are firmer than stock but won't give you the headaches you're experiencing now
  24. Check my sig out and see if anything suits your taste
  25. to do it properly u need the restrictor out so you can sicaflex the inside of it. Although, I was lazy with my old car and just sicaflexed the outside of it...looks messy but did the job.
