Is your tint just the factory tint or does it look heavier? From what I understand the factory tint should be fine :s -
Works for me

If youre looking to get a new key cut, the genuine nissan part for a key without the remote central locking component has the part number H0564-AU000; I bought them off an ebay seller for $33 plus shipping. Unsure if it was a good deal, but it was convenient. According to a quick google search, Sterling Nissan in the Adelaide Hills may have some blanks - unsure what price theyre asking. A 10 point 'Nismo' key should also work, if you can find one.

Managing the content on MD's is a pain any how I had my MD stacker ripped out the other week, I never had it functioning either. It's free'd up my centre console so I can actually use it to store stuff!

Got two OEM Nissan keys (without electronics) delivered today & went and got them cut in my lunch break.. Will find out in about an hour if they work or not The sizing all matches up though. $33 per unit, plus delivery. fingers crossed, it'll be nice to not be quite so concerned about losing my keys -
Id be keen to try and make it to this one. I haven't got anything planned for either of those weekends, would probably prefer a morning cruise personally. I'm not North or South.. I'm east

I've heard it referred to as an acoustic resonator, and that it stops it from sounding crap - but I think I've heard, also, that it is designed to ensure air flow is maximised at all speeds and air pressures. I could be wrong on both accounts though

Saw a white series 2 on The Parade at about 10:35, had a Carsales sticker on the back window. Nice looking rims

Theres more to come out too! I'll get at it eventually. Most of that was related to an old security system. Some of it was for the ETC system, and theres a MD stacker in there too lol. I've had an autowatch installed to replace the removed immobiliser, but the only down side is my wing mirrors dont turn in when I lock the car now -

Had a whole heap of the 'junk' in my car ripped out today, including a MD player, ETC system and reminants of an old alarm system. Some of the crap that was ripped out: -
Just got one fitted today, by some guys you recommended me to Very happy with their level of service and the alarm!

Ah nice. We stayed on Lorne on Saturday, and then drove the scenic section of the GOR Sunday - was a stunning day for it, albeit windy. Monday was a nice day for driving also, an excellent trip over all

Its a complete replacement, standalone ecu. Not tunable, its just a 'nismo knows best' sort of case. Should just plug straight in (Judging by the images Ive seen of it compared to the standard ecu.. its the same size/shape). -

Congrats !!! -
I think I heard the fit isnt always 100%? But I cant confirm that either way, Ive got an M35 so their kits are of no use to me but its a starting point for you. Their prices dont seem too bad either http://www.vivagarage.com.au/cart/index.php?c=93

I probably wouldnt have seen that P plate without you pointing it out, that is sufficiently camouflaged! If its of huge concern to the OP he could get a set of the magnetic ones to attach to the exterior.

Cheers it was a 30 second exposure (to get the city lights) @ f11, lens was my tokina 11-66 (shot at 11mm) - fired off a handful of speedlite flashes also The height is awesome, I can now actually enter and exit my driveway without causing damage to my kit I haven't got a side shot yet, but I'll get one for you soon http://www.nengun.com/unknown/ken-style-st...-aero-kit-21157 - dunno what the shipping will be like, and its sustained some damage, but if you're wanting to do some repairs on it well then its an option -

I fitted Jetwrecked's old AR-X springs to give me some more lift I also played around with taking some photos, most of them didnt turn out as I'd quite like, so I'll have another go at it soon (I was taking the photos for photographic experience rather than for the purpose of highlighting my new ride height, I'll be sure to take some of those soon too!) -

Most of the plugs were pretty similar to this one, some had a bit more blackness to the tip others had a bit less.. some had more crud on the thread, others had less O2 sensor looked something like this -

The car seems more responsive, and I cant help but feel I have more power under my foot.. which would infer the car has leaned out. But that could just be wishful thinking. Im getting an oil change done tomorrow, and a new oil filter (and fitting Jetwrecked's AR-X springs, which are due to arrive today) - so I'll fill up a full tank and see how the consumption fares before i make a definitive answer 4? Absurd In my mates opinion they looked 'old as shit' but not completely wrecked, same for the O2 sensor. I dropped them in the bin, but if theyre still on top I'll grab some photos. Apparently my oil filter looks 'ancient' so thats why Im giving that a go too. -

On the advice of scotty_nm35 Ive done a few small maintaince bits to my car today; namely spark plugs, and cleaning the AFM. I also did the O2 sensor (thus the thread) based on another friends suggestion. All pretty straight foward, two of the spark plugs came out 'poorly', I had my mate do most of the work (hes actually a mechanic) but one of the plugs seemed to be getting tighter as it was coming out initially, to the point where he didnt want to take it out and we left it till last (We were going to leave it and get someone 'Dr Bolt' to remove it.. based on the fact that he figured it would either shread the thread of snap off half way out and it would need to be helicoiled.) but after one of the other plugs exhibited similar difficulties but to a slightly lesser degree and came out fine with no sign of wear on the thread we decided to give it a whirl, and it came out fine. My mates theory on why it was f**ked was that they'd previously been removed/reseated but not in all the way - and as a result there was carbon/crap build ups on the thread... well there was a little bit of 'crud' in the threads when they came up. Who knows. One oddity, but maybe just my ignorance again, I appear to have two cats - one of them patently not stock; any thoughts on this? Is it likely to have been done in Aus to pass compliance or what? The other thing was what looks to be some additional welds, I could be wrong and perhaps theyre factory spec, but they just look not quite neat enough for that? theyre on both sides at the back.. my lack of car knowledge inhibits me from using the correct term, but Im going to go with the chassis, in line with the where the springs sit Anyone seen that before? :s
