actually you are allowed a POD, however the filter has to be the kind that is non oiled. HKS filters are legal because they are a dry element. K&N filters on the other hand which require oiling are illegal. Check out vicroads and read up on it. You wont have any problems passing with the Pod filters.

Looks wierd, but for your circumstances I believe it is the best car to have. The interiors on Evos/Stis are shit and I know I could not have one as a daily driver.

JPC turbocharging in Thomastown. Speak to Mark and tell him Kim from Wurth sent ya. I have had about 12 freinds of mine including myself get our broken turbos high flowed with him and they are 200000 percent happy. One of my mates is comfortably running 289 rwkw with his one. My skyline, with just an unknown remap, exhaust, stock dump pipe, cooler was making 230 + at the wheels and ran 12.5s consistently on street tyres. Cost is about 1200 dollars - you bring the turbo to him. He has worked in the turbo game since day one.

Hold onto them for a couple of years man, youll get more for it. I can see personalised plates only getting rarer and rarer as the years go buy. If u had those plates in QLD advertised for 5k, youd be fighting off buyers.

Thanks man I think ill be keeping this one for a little, a good bargain and something of a rarity. I think with this car, I can finally focus on ENJOYING driving, rather that worrying about my cars condition.
