Do u mean the front round indicators in the 400r front bar? I just went to a local diesel spares place and got small clear ones, looks awesome and was very cheap
-
Congrats!! Hopefully it turns out to be a good one too, nothing worse than a problematic GTR  What color? Details? Price? Importer?

I love whenever there is a thread or discussion about warming up an engine that everyone seems to think idling is bad for your engine All i have to say is you want oil on moving parts before you put load on them Theres no right or wrong way to do it, idle for a bit, then drive. Its that easy
-
Yeh i love the rays/nismo series of wheels I have LMGT2 17x9, and yea they are very light, although mine are a little heavier ide say cos they are 3 piece I dont think there is a wheel in the world ide rather have
-
Yeh for sure, find the marks (he may have tried to clean them up a bit) and what truck its on - then call the truck company and find out who was driving the truck at the time/place of accident you could even call the company just to find out who actually did it (by finding out who the driver was), then confront them about it this is assuming the truck company will give you the info, u may need to tell them what happened and hope for the best, that or make up some bs

arent all R33 turbos ball bearing?
-
It flows more than a 'little bit more', the highest ive seen is 260rwkw on 1.2bar And thats only 1.2, put in 1.5 with the support systems it might push it to 270-80. Not to mention the lag is almost non existant, it follows the standard turbo till it runs out then pushes another 50-80kw on top of that. thats alot more compared to the standard turbo and pretty much the same as the VG30 Yet another one thats not even close to the stated prices Thats ridiculously cheap, be sure to post how it goes. Did they say why it was cheap? Cos its a later model?

Ok cool thats the answer i was looking for, ill just put some approximate values in so i can drive there with the injectors in. Then sort out tuning with them and the Z32 when i get there Thanks again SK!
-
Well obviously it takes a little time for sufficient oil to reach the top of the engine (Cams etc) I leave mine untill the revs are in the 800 range then drive it easy till the temp needle is at operating temperature. So probably idle for around 3min. Sometimes ill idle longer but theres nothing wrong with that, idle is idle, its certainly not bad for your engine

Shit! Maybe they are getting to the end of a batch or something? Did you ask why its so expensive? They even said to me when i got mine that there wasnt many left and thats why they were a bit exy.. whys that?
-
Well ive always looked at it like a bandaid to a real problem anyway.. If you have a big fuel pump and bigger injectors than theres no need for a regulator
-
Very true, but this is pretty much my only option.. My car is automatic.. And no stand alone management can control the automatic without affecting gearchanges and damaging the gearbox. So given the circumstances.. This is the only real option i have if i want to do this project. I dont have massive goals, it will be mission success if we achieve 240rwkw which will easily happen if we can get it all to work properly.

YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Willowbank one is actually in winter this time!!!!! It was 40+degrees for this years one Ill be running my car for sure!
-
Its fairly hard to get to the actual AFM too, best way is to take the wire out carefully with a really small flathead screwdriver I just used a cotton ear bud or whatever, a fair bit of dirt came off too
-
I got walbro 255l/h pump for $180 delivered as part of a group buy here Just because its cheap doesnt mean it isnt good Will support 250rwkw pretty easily
-
Has ANYONE run a different AFM with the SAFC2? And does anyone know how much a Z32AFM compared to the standard RB25AFM will change the air fuel ratios??

PFC settings for S15 injectors.......
knore replied to USRB25S13's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
Cool so manual S15 injectors ARE 440cc? Im going to be using s15 injectors on my RB25 with just an SAFC2 and SITC.. We worked out ill need to lean back about 18% across the board to get it running alright, then take it to the dyno for futher tuning.. is this right? Also, seeing im adding a Z32AFM, im unsure as to how much but wont this lean across the board compared to the standard RB25AFM? I need to work out how much the Z32 AFM will lean mixtures out compared to the standard rb25 afm.. 440/370 = 18% richer - (amount the Z32AFM leans out) = ? If you could help it would be great, i tried to work it out in the below thread original thread is here: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...&highlight=SITC -
Did it actually send!!!??? what the!! What videos did you get? I tried to send the MSC3 linepass bit but it was too big i think It kept telling me it was timing out so i didnt think it ever got through ill try and get you the high res copy soon, everyone who sees that vid laughs at your sheer disregard for tyres wish i coulda got the brakes after tho!!

Now i have FMIC my car doesnt idle as well
knore replied to LBR33's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
Make sure you reset your ecu too, when i installed my trust intercooler the idle was a little funny. Once i reset and the ecu relearnt the idle it was perfect. -
PFC settings for S15 injectors.......
knore replied to USRB25S13's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
Well ive done some research into this; i think its; 370/480 = 29% meaning the larger injectors will flow 29% more fuel at all rpm points than the standard injectors. So lean all maps out by say 25% then tune from there. -
Yeh GCG website prices are majorly inflated, The average is around $1600.. a little higher if you get a new actuator which is a good idea. You get new gaskets included with the highflow as far as im aware. for that price, there is nothing that beats it; You get a BRAND NEW turbo, with steel wheels capable of handling upto 25psi and has made 250-260rwkw on a number of RB25s at a little over 1bar... And it goes on the same way it came off Simple as that
-
Yeh its a little too much, bet it cost alot!
-
anyone up? just got back from cypress hill it was unbeleivable, awesome live act :headspin: my ears still hurt it was so loud
