  1. Now thats an evo ^ :headspin: 11's with just the motec? are u sure? :confused: standard evo 8 1/4 times vary alot but majority are 13.3, ecu isnt going to take 1.3 seconds+ off? you still coming on cruises cam? u gotta let everyone have a look! How much did it cost btw?

I have a 94 gtst and havent had any problems at over 1 bar, the highest ive ever run it was 1.2 bar, after pulling my turbo off it was apparent that it had been rebuilt/reconditioned recently so its not quite as dangerous as doing with the standard turbo my dyno power curve at 0.9bar is dead straight with constant power gain, 180.3 rwkw with the afr's in the very low 10's i dont think the standard ecu is as weak as everyone thinks, its probably most of the other systems that stuff/support with it i think the standard ecu can support 220-230rwkw if everything else is done properly + piggybacks

Or one better, have a mate whos 4th year sheet metal apprentice and all he charges is the price of the 180degree mandrel bend :headbang: mates rates I just got my cat back 3" redone alot straighter and removed the resonater for $50 (used the old muffler, which needs to be repacked) it pulls more at top end, ide say its gained a few kw compared to the last 3" cat back because it was very bendy and had an old rusted resonater pics in gallery :alien:
  14. Nice, yeh im only in the collage too cos i was at the back, when we all pulled over i went to the front to get everyone go past which means for most of the day i was 80 cars back

  16. why is there 3 welds? when all it is - is a 180degree mandrel bend cut in half and swiveled with maybe a little trimmed off And there will have to be lips on the ends to hold the silicon joiners there, but that is just a prototype i guess :wassup: a 180 degree mandrel bend shouldnt cost anymore than $50-55, + silicon joiners and hose clamps = $120 tops not complaining or anything, just helping

  18. In my gallery theres some pics, ive set up a Greddy catch can the plumb-back way, it catches most of the oil and works pretty well just happened to find a good mounting bracket too

Having a seperate wastegate pipe helps increase flow which makes it easier for the turbo to flow more air and make more power a proper split dump pipe will seperate the wastegate gases from the normal turbine exhaust gas and join back in 30cm+ down the pipe which eliminates alot of the turbulence involved when both are trying to enter the same piece of 3" piping not many places make proper split dumps, CES are the best as far as i know oh and a proper split dump pipe is actually the dump and frontpipe as one
