Yeh for sure, In the time ive owned my car, dad has spent more money fixing stuff on his VT commonwhore than i have on fixing stuff for my car. And im fussy, IE change fluids all the time and buy this and that. Not to mention the holden isnt modified, ide like to see how long parts last on a holden when its producing twice its factory power Jap crap is just the saying of people who know nothing about japanese performance, or even better, they do know, and they are jeleous and cant give it credit when credit is due

If you ask me i say cool, good on ford for bringing turbo back into the spotlight. Holden has done the same things for too long, props to ford for being different and using turbos for performance instead of the same old V8 power plant grow up holden! i have no doubt holden is in the process of developing turbo competition for ford, they'd be stupid not too. Hopefully they properly engineer and design a new car for it, not just bring out a new commodore model that has some new lights etc like they do every few years

if your only moving slow, its because the power steering needs to use revs/engine power to work its normal if it does it excessively, maybe its time for a flush or new pump

Yeh certain car models the automatic robs the car of power, but not in the newer skyline series ive made 180rwkw on 2 different dynos in my auto, with the same mods as manual 33s making 180kw the loss may be a kw or two if that, but definately not alot i ran 13.8@102 with a little under 180kw, main problem was not being able to stall enough power at the start. I could only take off at 2200rpm So u shouldnt do too bad
