  3. hey shane i know a good friend of urs so if i was u id watch ur mouth buddy.... im 20 i have a r33 gtst i was goin to go with th 25 head and block but wen i pulled it out and comtemplated everything i wanted big power with decent reliability the 25 block just wouldnt provide the right comfort factor that a 26 block would.... plus the reason i changed my mind about using the 25 i figure y waste money on an inferior head package.... dont get me wrong there still a good head but the 26 head is just far superior in flow characteristics.... do u undastand now ive just had a fair few mind changes lately as to where i wanna waste my hard earned money is that orite with u... is it wrong for me to ask questions then realise that im doin the wrong thing huh enlighten me plz... neways yes i figured i was gonna dump gtr shit into a 25 so i thought f**k it just get a gtr motor... makes sence to me and yes to4z was my likely option i was just seen wat anyone else was gonna say
  4. hey i got an rb26 with a tomei 2.8lt stroker kit cam and headwork wat size turbo would ppl suggest for around the 550 to 600hp atr mark
  5. i have a turbonetics turbo i have not had a blow off valve working and i was running 14p the bearings r noisy and the turbo has heaps of shaft play ive had it on the car for 20000kms i see this as proof for me
  6. r33 gtst. in process of building motor have got three options.... rb25 block gtr crank h beam eagle rods je pistons fully built head... rb26 transplant same as listed for rb25 but with the flow characteristics of a 26 head with cams and so forth. or a 26/30 built bottom head with cams blah blah you catch my drift i just cant make up my mind and i cant find ne decent machinist that dont want my left nut for making the 26/30 combo or doing machine work i was for both rb25 /26 engines

  8. rite the smart arse comments were not need if u want me to use the correct wording ill say compressor surge i just thought id say dose cuz all u hard kunts normally go omg bro sick dose from da skyline der bro.... f**k. rite... no blow off valves we all know the noise sum ppl call it flutter call it wat u like but they always say its pretty much the compressor wheel trying to pull itself through the front cover everything u hear this noise... i hope ive made it clear wat im talking about now.... sum decent replies to wat ppl think on this subject would b handy....

  10. i can afford a hks to4z u dont know my finance situation so those comments r complete and utter bullshit i just cant justify 1850 dollars extra for a turbo that will prolly bring on boost 100rpm earlier and make around the same power as a garret..... money for parts isnt the issue i will do it right no matter wat it costs

  13. lol was making orite power long story fight with a tuner (not a fish btw) engine wasnt running right for quite awhile engine just too worn and i want way more power lol

  15. its hard to think how u would get every little bit of dirty oil out of the cooler isnt it cuz it would be silly to have like a litre of shitty oil in the cooler that goes into the sump and mixes with fresh new oil hmmmm how could we get around this

  20. yeh im building engine i know stroke difference gtst 71.7mm gtr 73.7mm.... the rods are exactly the same length i think its 121.5mm correct me if im wrong. using eagle h beams if ur curious. and im using gtr sized pistons.. je's with gapless rings

  22. mate if u can find the 10.25mm lift valve springs from tomei but let me know cuz i want sum aswell as the 10.25 cams and adjustable shim bucket conversion fron 25 head they claim they have all been discontinued

  24. im putting a gtr crank into my gtst block but im unsure if the twin plate from my gtst will bolt upto the back of the gtr crank does neone know if the holes line up from gtst to gtr
  25. also i might state thats im chasing up into the 410kw atw 550hp
