  3. no mate the cam cover ontop of the engine..... not the head gasket besides if u think head gasket is below the manifold so it wouldnt run onto it would it
  4. therefore john wat is ur suggestion i have a 3lt surge tank ordered with 3/8 outlet to hold a bosch 044 pump and i was goin to go 3/8 steel to the front and then 3/8 hose to rail but im unsure if standard rail will do the job when i decrease hose size down to 5/16... i just need guidance in the rail and injector department and where to get.... i like side feeds cuz the sit low in the manifold and arnt so obvious makes it a lil bit neater... btw i have a greddy plenum so ne suggestion on 3/8 rail injectors yeh lol help me

  6. im gonna put 270's in mine intake and exhaust its a 25.. but i needs solid shim bucket setup and found out today that tomei dont make em ne more so now i gotta source sum from sumwhere else but i always see cars with different size cams on the intake generally smaller so who knows
  7. yeh but wat about surge tank bigger lines aftermarket rails bigger injectors and so forth...... i dont think just a pump will do it

  10. i just dont get the bit where i run 3/8 fuel line and if i leave the standard fuel rail its got a 5/16 entry so wat is the point of have 3/8 lines to just have the volume of fuel there to use.... and i wouldnt mind running standard rail with sard 850's reckon that would do
  11. i had the exact same issue mate.. if u know wat ur doing check all connections r not broken or cracked to ensure its not that neways but u need to fix ur earths i had trouble figuring it out but it turned out to be just bad earths.... also make sure ur bulbs r sitting flush against the back of the light...
  12. hey everyone i have a couple of questions i have a r33 gtst which i will be puting a to4z onto very soon i already have internals etc etc... im just unsure of wat sorta fuel system i need to install.... i wish to make 500-550. suggestions on size of surge tank size of fuel lines wat lift pump from tank wat pump afta surge wat fuel rail to suite greddy plenum.... wat injectors.... ne help is much appreciated thnx for ur time
  13. hey everyone im currently building my engine and want to go d-jetro with the apexi but i own an rb25det and they dont make the d-jetro unit to suite. but i have heard on the grape vine that u can make a bcnr33 d-jetro computer fit the rb25det is this true any help would be gr8ly appreciated
  14. hey fellow skyline drivers i have an rb25det which is currently in the process of getting built from ground up and i have a hks to4z.81 rear and i hear that the lemmy ching exhaust manifold r no good for big horsepower im propsoing on pushing 25psi and making approx 550rwhp wat manifold would anyone suggest i use on the car....
  15. yeh its hp not kilowatts. 3lt bottom end with 25 head i wont do bcuz there is alot of mucking around that i would have to do with manifold to intercooler pipe heights and exhaust height cuz the 30 block is slighty taller well it sat higher in my mates gtr when he had a 3026 with a t51r. plus the fact of im lazy and dont wanna do ne other work then wats needed lol. and cheaper not where i live buddy, there is one machine shop and one engine builder and hes mainly based on v8's he abit of a dick to he doesnt like to set-up rb25 heads bcuz they take to much time boo hoo if ya gettin payed wat does it matter lol.... and i also want to be able to rev my car to 8500 and not have to worry my arse off about the bottom flying apart the tomei kit is a very strong combo from wat ive seen from certain cars like top rpm which revs to 9000....
  16. hey everyone i got an rb25det and i wanna order a rb26dett stroker kit for it i have been told there a direct fit item but im very unsure of the block has neone had much experience with the 25 block and to wat power there capable of taking im aiming for around 550 580 atw the stroker kit is the 2770cc kit 1 mm overbore

  18. i do believe he would want to hide it because anything that is able to adjust booost pressure whether it be electronic type of just a bleed valve type is classed as illegal which is a crock of shizenhousen but owell thats how they roll.... o i know this bcuz ive been done for it b4 ive got a greddy profec b dual stage they dont like it.......
  19. hey fellow skyline owners im currently building my r33 gts-t engine up from scratch and have been told that the gtr crank will drop inot the gtst block. my only concern is the gtst crank has a 71.7mm stroke and the gtr crank has a 73.7mm stroke but the lengths and height for gtst to gtr rods and pistons are axactly the same. im wondering whether or not the deck heights of the blocks are different or the 26 head gives more squish space but im just not sure. i wanna put a gtr crank in the gtst block h beam eagle rods and je forged pistons but im just very unsure if i would have to have custom rods made to suite gtr crank. anyhelp would be much appreciated thnx....
