Sale this morning fell through - these do not fit over Porsche calipers Also upon closer inspection one tyre (the one with the chunk missing) will likely need replacing as the inside edge is very worn, down to the indicator mark. Will get photos of this later. In which case, price dropped to $800 ono

I'd definitely be in, if someone could tell me why my gear stick is 12mm? In a 1996 R33.. Any ideas? I've got the stock gearknob on, but tried a Nismo one and it wouldnt fit? Nor would a 10mm nut.. But a 12mm nut would fit..

If you were going to steal a car and try sell it in another state wouldn't you try change some stuff about the car though? Stock parts would surely be easy/cheap enough to get considering you could make $56k out of it if in the end, if you manage to sell it.. Did you have any/many of the bits he's listed, that are now separate, on the car? I just think if it's a syndicate type thing that does this, they'd have thought it all out and be aware of car forums like this where car details would be known to others.

I have a set of 4x 18x8 +40 Konig Netz (Privat? I think?) for sale, polished silver rim with a matt-ish grey center, with Privat center caps. There's a small bit of gutter rash on them, nothing very deep and no longer than a couple of inches long. Have attached photos of each rim. All 4 tyres have good tread left on them, 2 are practically new Zetum's by Kumho and the other 2 are Achilles (about 75% tread), one of which has a chunk out of it about the size of a 5c coin which I drove with for a few months, but will obvously need replacing eventually. All are 235/40/18. Reason for sale is they came with my car when I bought it and have been replaced. Looking for $900, offers welcome. Will also come with wheel nuts that I used with them before. I'll be dropping into a printers tomorrow to pick some stuff up for my sister, she said they'd print stickers like this. Will have a word with them about cost/numbers in general for a sticker say 10x10cm? To get an idea at least...?

What happened when I had someone crash into me was I called my insurance company and gave them all of the details for the person that crashed into me and which insurance company they were with, my own insurance company sent an assessor out and I went and got a quote from one of their preferred repairers. it was all done within a week and there was nothing for me to do in regard to contacting anyone from the side of the person that hit me, my insurance handled everything.. Could be worth a try if AAMI try stuffing you around.

Yeah had a think after, with all the people in rustbuckets trying to hit the speed limit - things would not end well.. It would be pretty nice though to have a higher speed limit between states/major cities, like from Sydney to Melbourne. But there's no getting past the point of the way some people drive here...
