  1. I want to know when boost comes on! GT42 + 1.28 rear- must whack you in the back of the head hard!
  2. I'm looking good. Hopefully some other Stageas will be along too.
  3. I want you to stop sooking around about your aero and get your meet on. We'll talk. HOWEVER- SAU NSW have organised a great cruise up Putty Road on the 22nd April. I attended the last one, and it was really well attended- over 50 or so cars I think. Starts at Richmond Airbase, and goes to Singlton up the Hunter Valley (its a full day) Would you guys like to meet up and do this as Stagea owners and support SAU NSW (maybe even join up!) OR would you prefer a separate event ? http://www.skylinesa...65#entry6293565
  4. Thread Jack. seewhatididthere?
  5. Pm replied. Just clean the ground, make sure they all attached, even around the engine bay, and behind the dash. I've never had a light come on for it. And doesn't seem to effect anything. Lol Iain, yeah it's not for m35, but heaps of other cars. I'd have to say it'd be effected.
  6. That's not much! I think there was one on zclub fs lately. Get the CPV35 mid pipe. It opens up the exhaust a bit. You can tune it to! Needs more supercharging if you ask me.
  7. Good job Ryan! I hope to get down there sometime and put in a lap time too. I've added you in my spreadsheet, and once we get a few more updates, I'll get a mod to update
  8. Oh, ok. Forgive me!My trans ecu is in the gearbox! So I didn't really know what I was looking at
  9. Wasn't blue and pink the brake one, for more throttle response? I haven't paid enough attention! It's all different in mine anyway...
  10. 5 min job. From underneath. Look for a long 10mm bolt facing vertically. There is one for each belt. Also, inspect the belt for cracking on the ribs on the inside. If its too bad or brittle, replace it.
  11. Mine is! Funny v35/m35 bastard child!
  12. Spotted a white M35 on the warringah fwy heading north early this morning.
  13. +1 - especially in rwd! skids!
  14. Well done Scotty. And I mean it ( you know when people say well done to someone just paying $, insted of actually building the car-like you have!) Interesting final figure. I heard 328 @ 20psi from you know who last night. Do you think that there is a restriction- as 5 extra psi didn't net much gain. Have you found the limit of the stock manifolds? Its not the Exhaust... Or on the other hand, was it made a bit safer in the tune? Dyno graphs please!
  15. Lovely car- GLWS. Understand about the Black car + Detailing. But what is with the Bra up the tree.....?
  16. *Should* throw a check engine light if it does fail. That would be if it the ECU doesn't read Volts from the sensor all together. They can, I been told, become slower at reading, leading to some strange driving. Lucky buggers you bunch are. You have one- I got 4. I wouldn't bother changing if it isn't broke. A couple of hundred bucks of fuel is a lot for a O2 sensor to make up in efficiency!
  17. Yeah, I want to organise one, but a certain member wanted to put it off until he got some modifications completed. June is way to far away. I think Ryan is right- maybe we try to get to a official SAU cruise. Otherwise we can just organise a meet and Cruise.
  18. The ABS self checks at start up. It also has its own computer to control its functions. Thats when it figures out something is not right and puts the light on. Sounds by all your near crashes like your in RWD. two things come to mind- One- check your Attesa fluid- its in the drivers side REAR boot cubby hole. You have to take the plastic thingo out to access it. Second. If one doesn't work, take the car to a mechanic with a scan tool, or Nissan dealership, and get them to read the error message. It might be as simple as one wheels ABS sensor has kaput. Replace, and its done. The abs sensor is the part that reads the little ring of bumps the goes around on the back side of the hubs. hmmm you have hicas and therefore LSD. I am envy.
  19. Plumbed in a sneaky catch can over the last couple of days- took a little while to sort some issues! The bloody thing leaked under vacuum, which meant my idle was way lean. So I sorted that out by reassembling the can with some glue on the fluid level. looked at the data, and sorted out the idle so it was nice. Had to get some hoses from pirtek- as normal the ones given to you are shit. Packed it full of steel wool! So I guess I'll see what I get! No other real news. Changed a few gearbox values to get the shift feeling nice and positive. Hopefully get it to the track in a little while and post a 1/4 mile time for interests sake.
  20. Take photos and do a build write up in the V series section. Looking into my crystal ball, I predict a lot of electrical/ECU headaches.
  21. I could reset one on my car. On yours I think it will depend on if I can read your BCM as I think thats where the Airbag code lodges- as opposed to the ECU or ABS computers.
  22. I'd love to say yes, but I couldn't guarantee it. It does recognise and support AWD models- as it has a ability to see the awd trigger. Also, Where are the attesa errors lodged. Like I said earlier, on Craigs car it recognised the ECU, and ABS computer, but didn't recognise the BCM. If it has a battery that still has some life in it, then yes, I'd love it! PM me and we'll work something out. Timing change I believe is static. Its not programmable. Think of it as an easy way for the factory to stop a car pinging- thats what I think its used for. ECU's are so complicated on these cars! PM sent.
  23. Fair enough. I know that that U1000 code lodges on the ABS computer, not the ECU. Maybe have a check of your ABS sensors on the 4 corners. Soft whirring noise would be the ATTESA pump. Really just guessing- but have you checked the fluid in the attesa pump? Is it low? But that would be the 4WD light Alex you numnuts.... Good luck! Thanks regarding the car- I'm still getting the bugs ironed out.
  24. http://engine-codes.com/uploads/nissan/NTB06-009a.pdf I get U1000 occasional. Do you think this is you?
