  1. LSD may have packed it in. Install some more viscous.
  2. You can log it with Uprev and see what is causing it, cam timings, fuel, ign, whatever. That might give you a clue, along with the Diagnostics.
  3. Nope, never heard or experienced the "stutter". Scotty is right though, could be anything. Get it on the dyno and see. Could be AFM reversion, like some turbo cars face. What engine does it effect, VQ35de, Revup, VQ35HR, VQ37?
  4. Absolutely none of those things are relevant for tuning for your mods. What it comes down to is with the Tuner version you can take that to ANY tuner, and get them to download the software. They can then tune the car on a dyno. The std package only comes with send away mail tunes as I understand it. Have a search. Anyone can tune with Uprev. It is very similar to every other tuning software. If someone says they can't use it, they are retarded, and shouldn't be a tuner. I would Suggest DVS Jez up the central coast.
  5. Dale brings teh lolz to an otherwise uneventful thread. ave a real go, son. I'll be over here with popcorn.jpg
  6. tilted I think I heard Cam say, but we dont have an ATTESA system, like nm35s do.
  7. The Y pipe 350z v PNM35 is very different, to get around the transfer case. Thats one difference. The other potential difference is the front shaft with HFCs or test pipes. I just don't know if they will fit or not. Some have massive seperate chambers etc, but the normal single HFC ones should fit ok.
  8. hahahaha.... the irony.
  9. So, what kind of cars compete in said time trials? You dont think you could wind down the boost, add better pads/coolers if req, and "race" those cars?
  10. As easy or as hard as you want them to be Depends what your after.
  11. Hahahaha..... hater. Commodore Cup?
  12. front wise, anything from 350z/V35 to the end of the Y pipe, rear of that, anything from a V35/G35 sedan
  13. I do actually know that the HKS CT230R uses them.....
  14. Yes, Sheene There are many recorded occurrences due to hubcentrics. I have worked on a Race car. It didn't use them. Invalid statement is invalid.
  15. Or just click on the link I posted....
  16. You'll know when your wheel overtakes you.....
  17. Actually, there is,although they aren't officially known as that. The G35x, the X denotes AWD system. There were V35s built with AWD systems, so could could kind of call it a V35x....
  18. ha... as i said, I was stuck in traffic the whole time, and as soon as i cleared ready to pass down the straight, I blew an IC hose off, and fouled the plugs. So not the most entertaining viewing....
  19. NFI what he is talking about. Car is a OCT 2003. frame # in Ad is wrong, should be CPV, as its a Coupe. Has S1 interior to back up being a 2003. http://nissan.epc-data.com/skyline/cpv35/6826-vq35de/?frame_no=cpv35-506775
  20. So you need to get there. Need a AASA licence ($50pa) and its $120 for the weekday speed off the streets days. Pretty cheap imo.
  21. you will never re-map it for more fuel economy. It runs wideband o2 connection as scotty said. Unless you want the tuner to lean tune it and loose torque to gain economy, it just wont work. Removing the fuel out the top end will give economy, because it runs <10.5:1 AFR in the top end, but if your that concerned about econ, you wont be flogging it. anyway, its just not economical. So youll need to get over that if you want one, or buy a diesel.
  22. Was the Emo white? Yeah, dunno. people have mixes of hot and cool down laps. Fast cars does not equal fast driver. Was a fun day. Wish I went faster. Massive oversteer moment on my 1:10.6 lap...
  23. Some track vids from Wakefield. Still havent nailed the setup right, and the front tyres were epic old/bad. Hence the understeer. Still lots to learn in my driving....
