We had a flat tyre the other day, it was down to 50kpa so after pumping it up we now have a yellow warning light on, on the dash. I called Nissan and those robbin Ba$+ards want $148 to reset the light. I know it does not effect the running of the car, and the pressure sensor now is reading the right pressure again, but there is a red square arond it when the screen is up, but a yellow coution triangle is up on the main dash all the time. I have been told that a COBB device will reset the light. Where can i get one of these and what else can they do?

Is this a common problem, my 2 front tyres are wearing out on the inside more than the outside. but the rear ones are OK is this a common problem with the cars, so far it has had only road use and has covered 15,000kms.

They are white in my car at the moment, nothing wrong with them just on a red car they look odd, i may just get them covered in a red plastic sticker, so that they blend in not really worried about them lighting up, i dont want to have to remove the bumper .

can you change out the screen and entertainment unit from a 2009 for an updated 2010 model?

on the rear quaters there are what looks like lights or reflectors, they are white on my car, i see that on some cars (mostly american ones that they are red) can i get some red ones? are they able to be lit up? my car is red and i would like to get them the same colour as the car. They seem to lookm odd on the rear?

OK found it, Nice place there to hide some stuff, towing eye and wheel brace was there as well, it looks like there is a place for a jack but not one in there.

Its just awesome. Havnt really driven it much around Perth yet. Just the road trip from Sydney so far.

Perhaps i should read the instruction book?

The tyres are the standard ones, i just assumed they were semi slick as the tread pattern is different across the tyre. OOPS. i am new to GTR ownership.

Whats involved with the FM mod? How does this work?

I am new to the site. I have just got an 2009 ADM, GT-R, R35. I would like to integrate the ipod/iphone music through the car stereo, i have read the thread and it looks like its a no go due to the incorect firmware? what ever that is. I contacted nissan and asked them if it could be done and they said all there cars go to (Alberts car stereo) it will cost about $350, is it possible that someone somewhere has been able to crack the problem as i dont want to waste the money on it if it is not going to work properly. Also i was searching the web and found a write up on nissan headed paper with nissan part no,s and a step by step instructions on how to do it, when it is finnished it looks like the ipod will be in the glove box, has anybody heared about this one working.

OK the car is now in WA, at the moment we are running around with these plates on it. If someone is interested just let me know. When i get the WA rego sorted out it will be availible. Red plate with white letters.

Sorry to hijack thread. Just turned the suspension to (comfort mode) it defaults to sport every time you turn the engine off. Fuel consumption was around the 10litres to 100kms. Didnt really take much notice, was more interested in where the servos were with 98 octane. The roads were good all the way from Sydney but there is a lot of road noise on the nullabour and roads from Kalgoorlie. On a side note the roads over the east were just shocking, pot holes everwhere, it was constantly raining and that was abit un-nerving with the semi slick tyres.

Is that in the boot or in the seating area?

OK got the GTR home. This may sound dumb, i know it has runflat tyres, but does it have a jack? if so where is it and where is the locking wheel nut socket?

Great to see another one in Perth I too have just bought one, only mine came from NSW 2009, red when we had it it had 9077 on the clock drove it from Sydney over the last 6 days, now she says just over 13,000 awesome car to drive across the Nullabour.

im also looking at doing this. Whats the cheepest way of doing it? I am a sparkie so i could do it myself is this recomended?

More info, It is a NSW rego, it was on the car when we bought it and we are driving the car to WA so it will not be needed, when we get there and it is rego,d in WA. I dont know if i am allowed to do this? but if not im sure a mod will delete it. If someone is interested in it it will possibly be for sale in the near future. Just PM me here if anyone is interested.

dont think it was abidding war, i had a budget and it didnt reach it, but obviously the other person bidding on it reached there limit and opted out. will be (gooping) the front of it for the trip.
