  1. Well since I've bought my Skyline, I can't afford to keep the pulsar any more. If any of you or anybody you know may be interested, please point them in my direction! Ta guys! - See attached for Advert. EDIT: Please note it no longer has the LED pakers or interior light. I put the stock ones back in and am using the LED's in the Skyline.
  2. We could just do a local cruise around Canberra, hope for a beautiful summers day. Start somewhere random (could just be Gravlia point), and finish at black mtn peninsula and have the bbq there. Or Weston Park?
  3. Hmm, well I guess I'll save up and put some cash aside towards it and perhaps eventually look at it. Only one has anything major, the coating is flaking a bit. Really wanna fix em up, but my budget is a little empty after getting the car and doing the important bits.
  4. Think it is better than the damn cube... But it is still a bit of a shocker. However it could be an improvement over the look for smart cars and the prius etc.
  5. I vote a Saturday. Not sure where a nice cruise would be that doesn't go pass the cotter and has bbq's.
  6. What kinda price were you looking at when you got yours done? Mine need a good looking at too. Prob had most this damage when got here, and been here a good few years, but I just got the car recently and would love to fix the rims up a bit.
  7. Just did some 6k's in my skyline last week, and some in my brothers Mazda SP 3, look great, very nice. 5k is about white, 6k gives the smallest bitta blue, but still gives the perfect clarity and vision. And generally seems not to get too many people pissed off at ya. I had more people get annoyed with my fog lights on, on my Pulsar than they have with the HID's on my Skyline. I'd not recommend above 6k. Only go for 5k or 6k lights. I got mine from http://www.point-blank.com.au/ (via ebay - links on their page any way). Great Phillips globes in these kits, and come in EVERY type at EVERY different colour temp.
  8. For a well used stock turbo, that got a lotta interest!
  9. If u still need a sticker you know where to come.
  10. Also looking for: - Divers door interior control panel cover. The one I have is quite beaten up and has been spray painted black again. - Rear wing light. I need the stock (square) rear wing brake light.
  11. Bugger. Thanks any way. I would like to hide (and protect) the speakers I installed, and their design doesn't come with a proper speaker cover, just a fancy bit of plastic that looks nice, protects the speaker cone a bit, but doesn't really keep light off or disguise them. I'll keep searching. Hoping somebody who upgraded their stereo decides they are willing to part with em.
  12. I was wandering if it has, and if I could perhaps get the pair of original (large rectangular) rear speaker covers from the parcel shelf? Mines a series 1.5, but I doubt the speaker covers changed between S1 and S2?
  13. Looking for somebody who has upgraded their stereo and is willing to part with the stock rear speaker covers for an r33. They are the large rectangular ones, prob in a greyish colour. Mine is a series 1.5, but doubt there is a difference between a series 1 and 2 for the rear speaker covers. Thanks!
  14. Looking for if anybody has a set of the original (large rectangular) rear speaker covers from the parcel shelf for an r33? Mines a series 1.5, but I doubt the speaker covers changed between S1 and S2?
  15. Good to meet those of you who were out. Troy your a slacker.
  16. So who is gonna be there bit after 10pm tonight? I have never met any body, but I'll rock up if know people will be there, and actually gonna say hi and not totally snob me. I'll be driving a black s1.5 r33.
  17. Ahhh very nice. I'm always keen to learn more bout my car and other similar ones. Look forward to seeing your ride one of these days.
  18. Why is that? How come I don't need it by he does? What does it actually do? My skyline is running a mines ECU, and I've only minimal knowledge about them. I have a fair idea of the main bits of work that has been done to the car.
  19. After taking a look, it was all easy enough. Found the MC, loosened the locknut, adjusted (had to use long nose pliers..), tested (repeat) - re-tighten lock nut. Then adjusted the pedal position bolt (with sensor), and all is good. Prob got a little more free play at the top than it should, but the pedal adjuster one didn't go any further, and I needed to insure the sense button was being pressed (what it does I'm not actually sure). However doing the adjustment etc was easy enough.
  20. If I'm not doin' something with the missus, or she goes home early enough I'll do a swing past. Approx what time? 10?
  21. I think I got mine pretty damn good, minimal movement in general, but the adjuster at the top for the pedal position is now maxed out - had to make sure the little sensor button still presses. But It was a pain cos had to use long nose pliars to turn the MC shaft, but it worked in the end. I'm happy. Now just gotta get used to it - again. Let me know how urs goes.
  22. Spotted Silver r33 heading towards dickson on Wakefield Ave this evening. Bout 11pm
  23. Clutch adusting mission a complete sucess.. It was a bit of a pain in the arse, and had to use pliars to help, but got there. There is possibly a little too much free play at the top end now, but couldn't adjust it more.. and I'm not positive what the sensors all do on each pedal, but I believe it still depressing it correctly. I'll check again tomorrow. New headlights look awesome. However the issue with my boost gauge is a bit odd, but prob just needs a new tube.
  24. Yeh confirmed was hydraulic. And thats fine. Now gotta see how the adjustments work, and have a go at fixing it without rooting it. *fingers crossed*
  25. This thread half answers one of my questions. I already knew how to adjust the slack on the clutch pedal, but how do I adjust the clutch so the engagement point is closer to the floor? I don't like that the clutch needs to lift so high before it engages. It was an easy fix on my SSS Pulsar, because it didn't use a hydrolic clutch. EDIT: From what I understand there are adjusters for the MC under the dash, gonna have a look later.
