  1. sure your turbos are stock? and your fuel pump? its quite odd to have 600ccs with stock turbos unless your car was detuned before auction (very common) prob had something like HKS2530s on it also you really do need to put that on a 4wd dyno or dynopack
  2. If you have a pic of the auction sheet Il translate it for you Most evos are tappy 4 b grade should be ok But it's still common to have that type of grade still not up to par
  3. most used gtr spoilers will fetch around 50,000 yen on yahoo auctions depending on the colour & if it includes the wing blades the full "carbon" versions are total rubbish compared to the standard one they dont even look anything like the original design close up
  4. unless you have a 10m yen 400r , you cant buy them
  5. just read this whole thread, very interesting Can i ask why you chose HKS to do the Build? you guys seem to have very strict rules on brining in anything thats not stock.
  6. yeah he ordered some nice parts for his 34 its a sweet ride regarding Torque il ask the previous owner, (Gio) however, you can see on the previous set up here in the National Geographic GT-R35 video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VnmZ7La2vFw The blue car (Gio being interviewed), is the car which is now dark grey wangan - yeah was bit mad
  7. Friends R34 GT-R , fully built by MINES
  8. 400r Ones (factory) are the least common obviously ;-) Pic i took
  9. Thats cool! i remember sitting in Tokyo having a coffee, and this rolled past (back in 05) i just thought WTF! lol they have just been launched in the UK now as an offical nissan as an import they are quite popular here
  10. Nismo Omori, will still build you a z tune if you asked 18m yen is crazy price however, there are only 20 so ...i guess its the rareness value your looking at i posted some pictures in the japan section of the z tune when i went to Omori (and the Nismo festival) here is one we took at Omori in 2006, at Nismo Festival / GT-R meet
  11. just getting used to what you guys call different parts on the car its a standard R34 GTR wing the stands are by Top Secret there are no "impul" items on the car the rear diffuser is by Top Secret (as are the vortex generators) which sit on the outside of the bumper hope that helps.
  12. The end caps like that are by Nismo there are 3 types one with the older "squiggle" design / logo of nismo Then there are the ones in the above pictures that just have "GT-R" then there are the much rarer ones which actually say "nismo" with the o being red as in the new design all are discontinued bar the "GT-R" ones they were never a stock item, on the standard production r33
  13. hi, il try and get you a high res image Ironically one of your traders on here" just jap" as my car as his avatar, from when it was blue, and at TS undergoing some work
  14. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/ni...44#entry5515644 have a look there
  15. Will do we also built a silvia a few years back ...just to mess about it
  16. Hi, sorry for late reply. Most things are different i would assume from the 2 cars. (yes the v cam is one of only a very few produced) i dont know what internals Matt is running, not many run step 3. His car is really nice This is a little video we took back in 2006. shows you the power delivery the FD, is our own Knightsports pace car This is why my car was blue (and in a lower state of tune) It also appears in this random video i found on You Tube, when it was in for work at TS
  17. Hi Sunline can do either. make them on premisis, or ship a full set of replacements Rear bar? not too sure what your talking about. if you mean the rear spoiler, its a GT-R spoiler (obviously the car is a GTR) but on top secret wing mounts. It has a genuine Nismo dry carbon blade on the spoiler to replace the original. rear boot (trunk) tail light (brake) was removed when it went in for the seam welding & repaint at Top Secret's bodyshop in Chiba (same with the boot badges) but il replace those when the car gets to the UK
  18. many thanks can change on a M spec Nur. (and to be honest i dont know why they really command such a premium over a v or non v) however if you get the chassis details, run it through Nissan FAST, and that will tell you the production date etc. many items can be swapped, (inteirors etc), diffusers, engine covers running it throu FAST is your only way to be sure
  19. Famous Top Secret & GTROC car from the UK (now owned by a good friend of mine) my old one
  20. tbh all of the GT-Rs shown there were the ones we bought to Nismo (bar the z tune) which they bought out of storage for us to view. was a really good day
  21. hi what car do you want pics of?
  22. There are a few kits out there: N-Auto Nismo Sunline East Bear ATTKD Top Secret (and i think MCR do them as well) Nismo kit on my previous GT-R sold last week Off On Here is the Sunline Kit on my new 34
  23. nice 400r kit
  24. Thought id share my experience with the cars ive owned ….. Of course all JDM ;-) Started off driving in a Corolla AE92 GT-I but hey lets not count that … So second car that I always wanted was an RNN14 (GTI-R) Had that for 3 years and was a really good car (bar the clutch) I took her to a lot of GTI-R meetings in the UK Having had the GTI-R, I got the 32 GT-R bug, and sorted myself out with one of those, sadly the GTI-R had togo to fund this purchase. After 2 years with the GTR, (having been using it for an everyday car), I borrowed a recently imported & unregistered EVO 6TME as a courtesy car, whilst some work was done on my GTR. I thought it was really nice to drive and a better "all rounder" esp on british roads than the 32. So ended up buying it a week later (The Evo was tuned by Signal Auto, hence why the muffler is on the other side) The Evo was cool, and I kept that for 18months, but exported the 32 to Sweden… Always wanted an R34 GT-R and the evo never felt like a GT-R / RB …so had to go back to GT-R ownership Next came my 1 owner from new (2000), Nismo Omori owned 34 About to be loaded on to the boat in 2007 Changed a few things on her Alas that is now sold and I move on to the TS 34
